Mareta Beach - Boutique Bed & Breakfast0

The room was very clean. We had a balcony with a nice view, table with two chairs, and a lounger. The hotel has an elevator. There is a designated smoking area for smokers. We didn't really watch TV but did notice it had Netflix and other choices. Bed was comfortable, plenty of covers, towels, toiletries.

As other people commented, the breakfast is in a basement. You are allowed to carry your food up to the outdoor seating but then you would have to go back down if you want more coffee, etc.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room & ensuite were spotless. We requested a walk-in shower, as my husband husband has mobility issues & it was provided. The bed was very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of the village & beach. The café at the front was lovely & had a nice atmosphere.

Swimming pool was located at another property which was a bit inconvenient. I didn't realise there was a garden & jacuzzi at the rear of the B&B.It would have been helpful if there was an information booklet in the rooms as we weren't told any of this at check-in.

Immaculately clean and tidy. Comfy bed and large bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and bar area to relax in. Great location - it's close to the costal path and roughly between the castle and the area where the bars and restaurants are making a short walk to both.

Two really minor things. Parking is free and available in the area but not always possible to park close to the hotel. The pool and bar is not attached to the hotel, so you have to go out and around to get to it. Both are very minor things, though, and we're not a real problem.

The infinity pool with stunning view was absolutely spectacular and incredible staff, including the bartender who was friendly and knowledgeable. It was the highlight of my vacation. And the location being right on the cliffs overlooking the sea, what more could you ask for? Beautiful room quite a treat; breakfast was lovely too. I felt like a princess!

The only drawback was the music could be heard from the café below at times.

We only stayed 1 night but wished we had longer! Perfect location! The pool is positioned within their villas 30sec from the hotel. Perfect little pool with an amazing view! Sagres has a great selection of bars/restaurants which were a stone throw away. Staff were very kind, welcoming and accommodating! Highly recommend!

I can imagine in busy season if your room is facing the street it can get quite noisy. Breakfast was OK but the room where it is held was underground with no windows which was not ideal.

I want to say a huge thank you to this hotel, the room was excellent, the view from the window was incredible, they did everything I asked for, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very tasty and varied, we ordered pizza from the cafe near the hotel, it was wonderful, the pool and everything else was top notch, we will definitely return to this hotel, it was wonderful

Went to the wrong Mareta Beach (Boutique) hotel first. Apparently this is a common mistake. The "non-boutique" one is at the corner, not down the narrow street. Breakfast buffet was offered in the basement, which was a bit odd, but you are able to take your food upstairs and enjoy it in a daylight setting

The Mareta Beach Boutique Bed & Breakfast is very well located in Sagres, near to the fortress and the town. The hotel has comfortable rooms with good beds and a good bathroom. The breakfast had a good selection of different items.

No negative experiences. Everything was like expected.

When people say there are good deals in the Algarve off-season, this is what they are talking about. I'm sure I wouldn't be able to afford this place in-season, so it was a real treat. The room and bathroom were lovely and super clean. The staff were kind and helpful. I didn't swim, but the pool area was great for a quiet early evening glass of wine. Breakfast was good. The one dinner I had there was great. The location was perfect. It was an amazing stay! Thank you.

No negatives at all.

Nicely located super near all main parts of the village. A short walk to Mareta was perfect for not having to carry a surfboard around for long distances, walk Tonel with a board wouldn't have been too bad either. Basically close to everything. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms.

The breakfast wasn't massively impressive for someone who doesn't like to eat a lot of sweet stuff in the morning. You could also hear a lot of noise from other rooms even if they weren't being particularly loud.
