Baan Tepa Boutique House

In the middle of a busy city, Baan Tepa Boutique House is a beautiful oasis - a traditional wooden Thai home with the most beautiful decoration. The breakfast is also the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at!! I stayed here a week, and the owners were always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. When you stay here, you will feel like you're staying with family. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time!

Everything was perfect.

The older, very gentle and caring couple who run Baan Tepa House have created an outstanding authentic Thai environment to stay in near the river in Bangkok. From the warm welcome, the attention to detail in the thoughtfully furnished rooms, helpful advice on getting around the city etc, the superb breakfasts, the peaceful garden setting, the quietness (in an often noisy city) and the genuine concern for visitors comfort. I arrived 12 hours late (due to the flight being delayed) and without requesting it, I was offered a free extra night’s stay. If you want the real Thai experience (eg: the opposite of the more commercial, more expensive, bland chain hotels) stay at Baan Tepa. Excellent!

There were no aspects of my stay at Baan Tepa that I didn’t like.

Was an exceptional stay in a calm place in a traditional Thai house, very close to UN building in Bangkok. The owners are a very friendly Thai couple who provide superb service so that you feel like at home. They provided a lot of extras to me from ironing to late check out so that I would really love to stay there again, thank you!

Everything was perfect!!! The hosting family is so kind, welcoming and patient, they helped us with everything we needed, while being very discreet. It feels more like a homestay than a hotel. Location is perfect, only 10 min walk to the pier to catch the local public boat service, with plenty of food options around. I would recommend this place 100% and cannot wait for my next stay in Bangkok!

The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and genuine. The place felt unique and comfortably relaxed. The breakfast was so good. I love the plants and all the curated little spaces.

Only that I couldn’t stay longer!

The location was fantastic, the room was cozy and inviting, and the owners were the sweetest, most caring people! I was a bit under the weather when I stayed with them, and they made me tea to help with my cough and made sure I was comfortable. Would recommend 100 times over!

the owners are lovely people, very helpful and kind! location is excellent, close to the end of the airport-line and also just a couple of minutes north of the lively kao-san district. yet a quiet place.
