Beautiful place to stay, we really enjoyed it here. The room was clean and quite big. The best thing were the breakfast. It was the Thai cuisine, but very well-prepared and served. The owner explained us what are the dishes and how should we eat them, so it was a perfect experience! Also, it was very tasty. The staff was very nice, kind and helpful. Hotel itself was pretty quiet, the locality as well.

We had a room close to the breakfast, so we could hear some noise, but it was not too loud and the owner did ask guests to be quiet during eating. There is no metro station close to the hotel, so we had to use taxi most of the time, but it was not a problem for us.

I visited here with my mom in April. I’ve never expected this level of hospitality and kindness.. the staff was very welcoming from the moment we first stepped into the door. Thanks to her my stay in Bangkok with my mom was so memorable that I am still grateful for everything. Besides, room was very clean and neat. I highly recommend this place and hope to see you in the future :)🤍

It was a bit hard to grab a taxi through app somehow but it worked out afterall. You can easily have an access to bus station or take auto bicycles nearby which await you instead.

The people.. Helpful, accommodating, going extra mile to help. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with nice wooden floor and nice wooden, stylish furniture. The bed was comfortable. I also liked the idea of a common corner with books, some cookies, or fresh bananas available for the guests. Nice toiletries in the room.

I think the hotel could add to this common corner a coffee machine. It would be lovely to have real rather than instant coffee available. Breakfast options are limited as the hotel has no kitchen. A kitchenette would help to make a simple omelet or fried eggs. My two pillows were of the same size/shape. Not comfortable.

Location is perfect, very quiet and near a pier on the river. The hotel is an old mansion beautifully renovated, with modern facilities but keeping the old flavour. Both the common areas and the room and bathroom were perfectly clean. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and enough natural light during the day, as well at electrical light at night; the bathroom had an excellent shower and good hygiene products. Breakfast has several good choices, also for vegetarians and vegans. The staff is most kind and helpful with any issue.

Although there is a small lift for suitcases, there is no elevator for people to use. Breakfast has no machine coffee, only instant Nescafe. In their urge to be efficient, the staff asks guests the night before to fix the time they want to have breakfast and the food they wish to have prepared at that specific time; although this may be wellcomed for travellers in a hurry - for instance, those with an early flight -, it feels quite overwhelming if you arrive very tired in the evening and have your flight only next night, as was my case, especially so if the lady in charge insists on your fixing these points before you go to bed.

We can't recommend SSIP Boutique enough! Sip and Naam were so kind, generous and helpful, always trying to accommodate us, going above and beyond. The rooms were spotless clean, very spacious and decorated with taste and the breakfast was the highlight of our day: so beautiful, generous and tasty! Each day after our visits it felt like coming back home. What a joy!

There was so much care put into my stay by the incredible staff - a hand drawn map, orchids, small snacks to my room on Thai pottery, and even traditional Thai facial treatments in the bathroom. All very very sweet. I loved that this was one of the few hotels that used reusable glass bottles for water so it had a sensibility about environment as well. Rooms were comfortable and I had beautiful old wood furniture.

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel very welcome and cared for with a tasty welcome drink. we had flown in early in the morning and they were kind enough to let us check in early. the room was spacious and comfortable with a great attention to detail. walking distance to many major attractions. the breakfast was a real highlight- delicious and stunning presentation.

Amazing host! Thank you so much for your hospitality, help and recommendations. Delicious breakfast. Nice location which is not strict in the center, however thanks to that, you can taste local atmosphere.

I would suggest more options for vegetarian breakfast. Maybe the same dishes as with meat, but in vege option :)

gorgeous decor, warm wonderful family style service. really loved the intimate atmosphere and beautiful antiques all over the property incl bedrooms. really appreciated the travel advice and help making arrangements. Fantastic location if you want to be near river, soak up local atmosphere and explore Old Bangkok. Thanks to the team for being so welcoming, we’ll be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and willing to help. Room was so clean and comfortable, airconditioning was perfect. Location is great, 15 minutes walk to Khaosan Road. Also very close to Pier for Thai boat or normal boat trips. 7-Eleven shop is practically next door.
