Grande Centre Point Ploenchit

1. Great check-in experience and very welcoming/helpful staff. 2. Upgraded to a bigger room and higher floor. 3. Explanations were very clear and they were very patient answering all my questions. 4. Breakfast was not included in my reservation but is very reasonably priced and very good selection to choose from. I recommend the breakfast. 5. Check out was easy and efficient. 6. The hotel is easily accessible from the Phloen Chit BTS station. The walkway takes you very close to the entrance of the hotel.

The breakfast staff could be slightly better understanding. They don't help with drinks and getting coffee. I had a lot of trouble getting coffee and the machine was often broken. Also they clear plates even with food on them and when you return your food and utensils are gone. This happened every day so I always looked over my shoulder to protect my plate from the cleaning guy.

Breakfast was buffet style and absolutely incredible! SO many choices. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The view from the balcony was stupendous. Nice chair and side table to sit in and have coffee while watching the view. Loved the little seating area in the room with a table to eat from. The staff were very sweet and extremely professional.

It would be nice to have some rugs on the floor. The floor is tiled and was cold. If you leave the doors to the balcony open, the condensation made the floors wet and slippery. When the room was made up, they did not leave extra toilet paper and we ran out before our stay ended. Had to use tissues in the middle of the night. We had no hot water on the first night, but after letting the front desk know, they were quick to send someone to fix it. The hairdryer in the bathroom is pathetic. There is no "on" switch that stays on .. you have to hold it down while you are drying your hair. For an expensive hotel, this was very disappointing.

Strategic location in Central Bangkok, BTS, Lumphini Park Excellent swimming pool, very nice to stay there after walking in the city during the hottest hours. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices.

Used to stay at this hotel for all my trips pre- covid, everything was perfect. I was a bit disappointed this time round as the room was not very clean upon checked in, toilet flush was not working properly on the first night, air con was not cold on the third night and there was a blackout on the last night. However these issues were immediately rectified when informed. Service of the staffs is still a thumbs up 👍. I would still choose to stay here for my next trip due to the location, cozy setting and service; and i hope there would be some maintenance/improvements by then. 🙂

Location is convenient. Knowing this is not a new hotel but all staff are nice and helpful.

Breakfast and food quality have room for improvement. TV in my room was not working well, guess it was due to the cable connection.

Nit Great hotel very clean very nice helpful staff near to station great shopping mails loads cabs, taxi tuk tuks nana plaza 10 minutes walk .only 1 observation railings on balcony not to safe for small children toddlers could get through *perfect stay*

Balcony railings not to good for very small children my girl is 2 years old ,smaller children might squeeze throw

location is excellent for exploring Bangkok on foot

The room feels tired, bidet toilet seat is broken and the living room aircon has a lot of condensation. a/c temperature is tricky to control. I’ve stayed here a few years ago but it doesn’t seem that they have resolved the guest doors slamming really loudly affecting all the other guests on the same floor.

5 min walk to Ploenchit BTS station. Clean and comfortable room.

1) the lady receptionist was not very friendly 2) during our 4-day stay, there was one day the housekeeping did not clean our room 3) the toilet bidet was not working

Let's start with the obvious, the location of the hotel is hyper central and could not be more convenient. You are a few meters away from the BTS line Phloen Chit and you are virtually close to all the important points. The room is big, the AC works well, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast turned out to be surprisingly good. My room was heavily discounted when I booked in, so this was definitely fantastic value for money.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved. Nothing that would drive a client away, but some of the doors had not been cleaned properly. I have been coming to this hotel for a few years and it would need a bit more TLC... but nothing dramatic!

I am a repeat customer here. My complaint I had previously has now been fixed concerning the breakfast. I like the room although they seem to be a bit dated. The breakfast is fine but not extraordinary. Location is close to the BTS station. Staff are very polite.

Lady at the reception couldn't just tell me when checkout time was without asking me a bunch of questions. I just wanted to know when I needed to leave. She almost became confrontational with me. She was the only staff member that was not nice. The rest of the staff were amazing.
