Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road, an IHG Hotel

Highly recommend paying extra for the executive room - huge bathroom, comes with a balcony and breathtaking views of the park and city skyline. Hotel is clean, nicely decorated, near a skytrain station and big park, swimming pool on top floor is incredible. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Only room for improvement would be wider selection of breakfast food (e.g. ham, cheese, etc), and more options in the QR code room service menu.

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They all went out of their way to provide a wonderful experience, we loved our stay, thank you! very chique hotel, lovely breakfasts with tons of options, *amazing* pool and view from restaurant, pool and bar.

hotel restaurant is very expensive. we specifically weren't happy that they charged us a ridiculously high price for still water (in the rooms they are provided free of charge). not many alternative places to eat out nearby in the evening after a long day. pool is open until 9pm only location is a bit remote, but in a nice and safe neighborhood, we mostly used taxis. overall, friendliness, comfort, views and facilities were great!

- It’s near to the most of the malls. - The room was clean and comfortable. - They have gym opening 24/7.

- The breakfast was not that good it’s need more improvement. - This hotel doesn’t have massage in the same building.

Everything - super friendly staff, unique infinity pool in the 24th floor with an amazing view, very good fitness room, great roof-top bar, very nice breakfast with western and Asian food, fresh coffee, excellent room-service, super city view in the front rooms, excellent noise-isolating doors-windows...

It would be great if the TV could feature again international channels. But that is really a minor issue.

On site parking, maybe good to check availability before going. Butterfly pea tea on arrival was lovely, as a custom in Thailand the welcome was really warm. It’s walking distance to the nearest BTS and walking distance to plenty of nightlife down Sukhumvit! The rooftop bar and restaurant are both wonderful, and the rooms were spacious with great bathroom facilities. Definitely will stop here again.

Found it difficult to get to due to Bangkok’s crazy traffic system! Not from Thailand so driving can be hectic, we drove past it four times in the wrong lane, but once you do it once, you get it every time!

Loved Indigo from the moment I stepped into it. It has an eclectic design and quirky corners all over the hotel make it so instagram worthy. Our check in was super smooth. Room was good quality and bathroom was even better. We were on the 22nd floor and the view was amazing. We wanted to opt for room with balcony as Bkk weather was very nice. Gym is very good quality and modern. I enjoyed working out here on multiple occasions. Infinity pool is a good place to hang at too. Service overall was very good: be it front desk, concierge, bell desk, restaurant etc. Everyone is just very happy to help you.

Breakfast had limited to no options for Vegetarians. Room service can take a lot of time especially when it's for ice cubes.

It's our second stay here and we really like the place. - The location is perfect. - Breakfast is great. - The hotel is greatly designed and has all the amenities. - The view is stunning - The staff is nice, smiley and really helpful.

- We have to change the room for the upper floor cause it was really noisy in our room on floor 10. Unfortunately you can clearly hear the noise from the AC at the rooftop on a building next to hotel. - The bed is too soft, but we removed the mattress cover and asked the housemaid to take it away. There was a bit difficult to explain what we want from the staff cause not all of them speak good English - There sometimes was an odor from the basin pipes

Very nice design from the lobby to the rooms and rooftop pool. The staff was also very friendly. The restaurant on the first floor has a great lunch menu. Great hotel, just needs to be a bit more environmentally-conscious.

The hotel should really review it's environmental policy - lights and AC were turned on after the room was cleaned every day, wasting far too much energy. There should also be a system to turn off all the lights easily at the room entrance and you could let guests choose not to have towels changed every day, it's really not nevessary. With these few changes the hotel would be fabulous

This is definitely a hotel which has been designed to be colourful, art/house: I stayed in the King room corner with premium city view 16th floor. The view was good and the room design was excellent: enormous spacious bathroom and bath overlooking the city. Walk in shower. Seperate toilet. Plenty of ambient lighting choices and aircon that you can control to your liking. Balcony to step outside and enjoy some fresh air. And, of course a slightly quirky designer vibe that is fun and a little less sterile than most hotel rooms. The hotel pool has great views and a nice gym as well.

Considering the price and 5 star rating of the hotel the breakfast buffet selection could have been a little more extensive. The Banyon Tree Hotel in Bangkok (at a similar rating to Hotel Indigo) has a far superior buffet breakfast.

Great views over the city, love the design of the room and the bathroom - just wow. Everything was clean and the bed super comfortable.

It‘s not the newest place and you see here and there the „aging process“ - for the price I paid its a no go. Bathroom had a very strong smelly smell (I stayed only one night so I didnt bother asking for another room) The staffs faces should not change from :) to :| when you dont give them a tip. Not everyone can hand you out money just because you‘re doing your job - and you should not make someone feel bad about this. I just wanted a comfortable stay for one night since I am traveling on a budget and I need those tips just as much to be able to eat and live, it‘s not like I didn‘t pay the full price for my room right?
