Sivatel Bangkok Hotel

Breakfast was amazing. Room service and cleaning was amazing. Room ambiance was perfect. Bathroom was clean, nice and specious. View from hotel room was great. Lobby area was perfect and the kids enjoyed the complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Staff literally helped us choosing the local attractions and provided a good full day taxi deal to visit these attractions. Hotel and Restaurant Staff was very helping and kind. Facilities such as Gym, Sauna and swimming pool were well maintained so whole experience around that area I.e 8th floor was beyond perfect. Literally I don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel and I would like to thank them from bottom of my heart for providing such great hospitality. thank you guys!

I just have two area of development - the water levels in the Commode was high though there was no issues with flushing the toilets but still that’s a design issue which might not suit with many westerners. Another is for Booking.com- you should inform the customers about the security deposit of 2k tbh which hotel asks customers at the time of checking in. - this is a normal procedure but Booking.com must inform their customers.

This is my second time staying here so I’ll just point out the stuff that wasn’t in my first review: - The cleaning and hygiene here is outstanding. The day after got there I unpacked my suitcase which just had a giant ball of messy clothes in it and threw them on the cupboard, then went out. When I came back housekeeping had been in. The lady who worked there had folded all of my clothes (literally dozens) and placed them on various cupboards. I thought that was amazing. - The receptionists are fantastic and will help with everything. I also saw them carry my 25kg+ suitcases around like they were feather pillows. - Location is really good. There’s Michelin restaurants within walking distance. - Gym is great and far above your typical hotel gym. Smith machine, lat pull down, leg curls/extensions and dumbbells up to 20kg (or was it 25kg?). Perfectly acceptable for a short stay. I did several of my workouts there and only did barbell bench press and ab crunches at one of the gyms nearby. - ATM in the building

we booked a suite and we got more space then we thought we would. The view from our room was amazing too!

Some of the food during breakfast was a little bit dry.

Great location, great service, great hi-tech room with smart tv, light, etc Very well tasted designed. But the most important thing is the service, of sandy, and her reception crew. This hotel will be our home in BKK now on. And dont forget, the infinity pool is amazing too.

We loved everything

The staff was amazing, so friendly. Location was perfect and and near good food and BTS. Great view from hotel room and the hotel have both sauna and steam. Lovely infinity pool too.

Great location - right by the sky train and you can go into the building next door (Wave place) and then be inside/undercover all the way to the train if it's raining Super friendly and helpful staff Comfy bed, great AC, excellent wifi, amazing shower and bath, spacious room Lovely pool area Well equipped gym Breakfast was a bit average - everything they had was tasty but the choice of fruit and hot options was limited

1- The curtains don’t close all the way. There are light rays coming in from every single corner in the room. I could never sleep past 6AM 2- The mattress is a bit too soft which made it a bit uncomfortable. I had a better sleep on the sofa outside

My room layout was excellent. We were impressed with the humongous-sized bed in our room. Kids had so much room to roam and run around and play with each other. Also, we liked their pool facility which was shallow so kids could use it without us worrying about them or being with them in the pool. Their staff were very helpful in connecting us to food delivery service and also arranging transport to go for sightseeing. Another aspect I liked was that the number of guests staying on the property was ideal and didn't feel like it was crowded especially for breakfast, pool, etc. were comfortably accessible with ample space and time. Overall, the staff, facilities, layout, amenities in the room, etc. were all great, and would definitely stay again.

They could provide some additional lights for the large bathroom mirrors as it made shaving and cleansing the face not so comfortable in dim lights. Also, they can provide one or two additional dressing mirrors in the room. Location-wise, it wasn't as central because walking to popular shopping centers and other popular sites took a good 10 minutes which was not ideal for our young kids. Also finding fast food dining options within walking distance was not available.

good location near the BTS station. suite was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. breakfast was very good.

no fruit basket or basic tea/coffee variety in the room

Room was amazing and comfortable. Spacious and light and made me feel at home. Location was right in the middle of Bangkok with a short walk or tuk tuk to main parts

Shower needs better drainage and internet was a little slow at times. Breakfast needs more options for standard options
