Brilliant location within Bangkok, right on top of a 7 Eleven and next to a fish market which serves great food, massages offered within the hotel and right to your room, rooms were clean and nicely designed.

Couldn’t identify any parking directly at the hotel. If you’re getting a taxi they will have to drive down Soi 1 and find a place to stop.

Pleasant rooms, large, like pics on website - looked relatively new or remodeled. Close to BTS train station and shopping. Comfortable mattress. Good repeat option. Wifi seemed ok - didn't use much.

AC a little noisy. Few english tv options. Keycard didn't work after checkin but fixed the next day.

My wife stayed here for 2 weeks while studying Thai at a local language school. The staff were very helpful in getting her settled and figuring out places to visit that weren't too far away. Room was comfortable and location was excellent.

The drain in the shower was partially plugged, so it took a long time for the water to go. One or two outlets were wobbly, too.

-There is so polite and hospitality staff -Quick check-in even though check-in time was not yet. -Many food points around from street food till restaurants -Many places of entertainment for who has interest to -Room has all what need for stop over -Supermarket 7/11 is the next door at entrance to hotel -Close distance to public transports

Everything was fine. No reason to be picky.

The ATM and 7/11 were downstairs. I did not have breakfast, so do not know about it. The location is good. MRT is 5min walking distance and other places are also walking distance in away. Hot water was available, and washroom facilities were good.

Did not like the room lighting, needed a bit more lighting. Also, balcony would have been better. And room service for food was missing.

The location is perfect! Less than 5-minute walk to Ploenchit BTS station and a few station rides away to the major shopping malls. 7-Elevan on the ground floor and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Room is spacious and clean.

The bed is comfortable but either the sheets or the duvet had a stench. The shower cubicle floor is quite slippery.

Location! Location! Location! Fabulous sized rooms, good amenities and very attentive staff. A special thank you to Yami who made me very welcome! Also, housekeeping great job!! Keep up the good work!!

Occasional door being slammed during the night by other guests.

The hotel and the room was very smart and super clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the service was good interms of the cleaning and making of the room

I would of like a bigger window. But the view wasn't great so thats ok. Biggest problem was getting a taxi from the hotel because of its location.

Everything from the location to the staff members! Lovely people and amazing location. Very close to shopping places or if you want night life. Amazing food choices and a 7/11 just down by the hotel. I went there too many times!! 🤣
