Beautiful room with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer (2 in 1) which worked great. Beautiful shower and separate bathtub - good water pressure. Only one bathroom in the bedroom. The gym and the pool were great but the water was quite cold. There were showers at the pool too. The hotel was close to a lot of shopping centres, skytrain and bus routes. Staff very friendly and helpful!

We booked a room with two beds as I travelled with my sister. The room was confirmed with 2 beds but there was only one bed in the bedroom. I ended up sleeping on a cot in the living room which made it awkward to hang out.

Good location for downtown lovers. Nice room size and reasonable breakfast ( I wish to see more HALAL food).

The room was spacious and clean, with amenities replenished daily. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests throughout the stay such as asking for universal travel adaptors. Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.

This is by no fault of the hotel but the construction noises from the worksite next to the hotel were unbearable. Do not recommend staying here if you are the type to sleep in till after 9am.

The stay is excellent. Even with renovation work but the sound was very minimal, noise cancellation is good Everything is clean. Housekeeping service is prompt as it was sent to my room within a few minutes after request on different occasion.

Quite a distance walk to main area especially with the hot weather. Nearby 7-11 can be quite a distance. only a cafe outside the hotel. hotel entrance was not located in main street. Can be an issue especially during peak hour. seems like a one way route. Walking out the hotel, you will passed by the river where i always see a cute “monitor lizard” doing sun tanning. - just fyi, not related to the hotel. Suggestion: Provide Tuk tuk service to main area if possible

Location. Close to BTS, shopping centers and Lumpini park. The suits are spacious, comfy and nice, though a little bit dark because of the balcony and tinted windows. Breakfast is okay. Staff is friendly.

The room was nice in size, with a cool living room including a desk. An additional desk was in the bedroom which was a plus. There was even a washing machine in the kitchen that gives an additional feature to the stay. We arrived very early (around 8am) and the staff was very friendly and told us we could get the room early at no extra cost if we waited until 10:30am, but if we wanted to get the room straight away we needed to pay for a half stay, the girls also said we could use the installations on the ground floor while waiting for our room, so this was perfect for us. We did checkout at noon, but we had a flight later that day, the staff was friendly and professional and allowed us to leave the luggage with them.

To get to the hotel from the train station the road is not nice, in one side there are a lot of stalls at certain times and on the other side there is a canal and the footpath was very small. On our last day we noticed that a protection barriers was getting put in place across the canal footpath that will improve the security of walking there. Also there is not real entrance by foot to the hotel, it was designed to enter and exit by car, so you just use the same rode to get in an out.

We had no hot water in the shower. They tried to fix it but still cold water only after that.

The restaurant of the hotel is open until 8pm or so. Last time that i was there (2 month ago ) it was closed. This time i didn’t even tried to enter. The restaurant near the reception -Arthur - i thik is the name.. good food but overpriced probably that is why most of the time it is emply. Also it doesn’t have a terrace.
