Our room size was huge which is perfect for my 2 young children to play and run around in. We had a room on the high floors so the views was my absolute favourite. The rooftop pool is beautiful with a large kids pool that was perfect for my children. The gym has everything you need to stay in shape with some wonderful views as well. All the staff was top notched - reception staff was helpful and accommodating, bell boys had the best customer service and the housekeeping staff always did a great job whenever we needed something. I was afraid of the location being too far from the BTS but it wasn’t as bad as I thought as there’s lots to see on the walk there. There’s lots of restaurants, 7-11 and grocery store nearby. Plus a massage place literally 2 mins walk away providing 270baht massages!! Overall I loved it here.

As mentioned in other reviews, some parts of the rooms are a bit run down and could use some refurbishing. We had an issue with our washing machine but someone came right away to fix it. Our kitchen had some mini ants by the sink which was super annoying but they offered to spray the area to help with the problem. These issues won’t deter me from staying again because the positives outweigh the bad.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with an amazing view on Bangkok. The hotel is close to BTS station and shopping malls. There you can eat and spend some time. It is easy to get to the hotel by taxi (300 THB+ highway).

The shower and furniture are a little bit old. That could be renovated or changed.

Location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rate was good, as I don’t stay much in the room

Great location, nice 2 BR appartment. Easy walk to BTS, Starbucks, Central Residence. Lots of street food vendors on your doorsteps.

Aircon was freezing us to death first night. That got fixed when we told staff. Kitchen utensils a bit scarce, no tea towel, sponge, detergent. No bows and random numbers of cutlery, some three, some 4. We left at 10 am and put the clean room sign on. Shortly after we returned at 3 pm, the cleaner wanted to come in.

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 chiödren. Appartment was great, it had everything we needed. The rooms were big, beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing it was almost always very empty my kids had lots of fun. The views from the pool were amazing as it is in the 33rd floor. Stuff was nice and helpful. We only had breakfast once and it was very good. Restaurant was also good and tasty. The location is perfect, 5-7 min from the BTS. The only very minor thing was the kitchen furniture was a little old but this is very minor. All in all we had a great stay, and will happily book it again.

The hotel is located in a very nice street full of other fancy hotels. The building could use some maintenance specially in the jacuzzi and pool area, but the rooms where ok and comfortable.

Additional maintenance in the shared areas would be nice.

LOCATION - convenient for BTS and Sky Train. Great for shopping on Chitlom. STAFF were helpful and friendly. SWIMMING POOL on the roof was very nice (though difficult to get towels) GYM with good equipment BED LINEN was good quality

WIFI - was very poor and didn't work a lot of the time. Plus had to keep logging in. Would have been a problem if didn't have alternative data. KEY CARDS - needed for the elevators and often didn't work. Had to get changed a couple of times and even then they were tricky. Definitely need upgrading. SMOKING - think someone had been smoking in the room previously and didn't smell great on arrival.
