Hansar Bangkok - SHA Extra Plus

I loved the customer service that I received from the hotel; thank you JAY for making it a wonderful experience. Initially, it felt rather unpleasant due to the uncomfortable bed and a minor communication issue. The team helped provide me with a swift solution, replacing my bed and room for comfort. I must say I didn't expect this. They even helped with providing a laundry service for my clothes, we managed to get it done, but the team was accommodating. Thank you for making our anniversary great at your hotel. Although I am a Marriot Bonvoy member, I would return to Hansar for Bangkok. It is next to the metro and also a 7 11 shop. P.S. I had the best message at the Spa and have tried other hotels; if you stay at Hansar, you need to try their Spa.

The only remark would be the language challenge in speaking English with some staff. I would look into providing a dine-in service 24h they currently do not have. Also, adding a shataf (toilet hose), some of the hotels in Thailand have this now, which I expect now in hotels.

Great location, efficient staff, amazing hotel food! The room service was fabulous and we always came back to a neat and tidy room, they’d organised everything we’d leave in the bathroom or main living area. My birthday was during this trip and when I came back to the room, there was a sweet tray with chocolates and a happy birthday message. I’d definitely stay with Hansar again.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that breakfast stopped at sharp 11 AM. I was looking forward to having it one day and called them but they said they didn’t serve it past 11 AM. A suggestion would be to keep it till at least 12 PM.

I accidentally booked two same rooms which were non refundable and only found out when I was checking in. The staff were very helpful in assisting me and communicating with booking.com about the mistake. Even though it was solely my mistake, the hotel swiftly refunded me fully and were very nice and helpful about the whole situation. The hospitality I received were one of the best I've ever experienced. Great location, pool was amazing, rooms were especially big plus the food for their in room dining was fantastic as well. My expectations for a 5 star hotel was quite high and this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay here again when I visit bangkok

The room is spectacular - lots of space, have working space, sofa, big shower room. Free pool & fitness to use. Good location.

The hotel room faced with the nearby condominium and you ain't see the nice view. No bidet shower (สายฉีดก้น). The meal at hotel's restaurant I visited (Eve Bistro) is not tasty at all.

The hotel exceeded my expectations and I am not an easy guest! This low key yet high output hotel is absolutely amazing. Wonderful ambience, fantastic gym, breakfast, bar coffee shop and an even more amazing room with ample space and pleasing - soothing decor and colours. Killer AC throughout. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, happy and ample. The staff are relaxed, friendly and super professional.

The pool area needs more love and maybe some tropical trees / plants so that the view to the opposite buildings is upgraded

Think of Hansar rooms as "apartments without kitchen". This room was 57sqm, huge by any standard and designed to perfection. From hardwood floors and silk paneled walls, to incredible designer bath tub for two... A tv in the living room and another one in the bedroom, fast wifi, a proper work desk with cabled connections, drawers, electronic safe, terrace and even a private garden! There is nothing "cookie cutter" about a room and about this hotel. All other 5 star hotels were designed to maximize income, pack in as many people as possible. Not Hansar. This may be the best hotel in Bangkok.

There we're very few other guests enjoying these amazing spaces.

For this visit Hangar welcomed us with a beautiful plate of dark and white chocolate arranged around a hand written message in white chocolate that said "Welcome back to Hansar". As expected, the chocolate was outstanding. The suite is the best we've seen in here, from room sizes and wood and silk paneling, to lighting, the fantastic bath for two and a reading nook I could spend my retirement in... There is nothing one could object here and so much to be grateful for.

Hansar suites feature a fantastic vertical garden displayed through the glass wall as one walks into the suite. Unfortunately, this unit has its glad wall blocked so garden was out of site...
