Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok - SHA Extra Plus Certified

The hotel grounds, lobby and gardens are amazingly beautiful! The room is modern and huge, way better than it seems on the hotel photos. Everything seems to work as perfect as it can be, the AC, the fridge, the curtains allowing total darkness at night, and every other little thing that we assume a 5* hotel would get it right but often not! The staff is amazing and very professional, they manage my transportation on point during the middle of the night, and check out perfectly smooth. The pool views are great and the food served there was great! The location is good, near Lumpini park, a new developed area. There are some metro sation nearby and the free shuttle they provide to them is great! Breakfast was probably the best I have ever seen, lots of variety, great quality and very smooth service, and nice rather quiet ambient. Overall this stay really exceed the expectations! Can't wait to be back! Thanks.

I find three little things that seem odd and put it away for being perfect. First I don't understand why the room design and aesthetics don't follow the lobby which is classy and beautiful. Dark and green, both classy and modern. The room has several weird colors on pillows, big chair and odd glass center table. Tiny details but it just seems off place... on the contrary bathroom is just perfectly designed! Secondly the pillows are strange, big but very soft, not the best. And lastly and most importantly I found the pool water too cold! Should be at leat 3º C higher. Maybe that's why it was almost always empty... what's the point having a side jacuzzi if is too cold to be comfortable? Anyway very small details for a rather amazing experience!

Simply fantastic ! Beautiful, large bedrooms, super friendly staff, great food, gorgeous swimming pool, surreal atmosphere with all those pets walking the hallway… really an unique experience ! we will come back, for sure !

the restaurants close @ 9:00pm

the rooms were beautiful and spacious. separate dressing area and bathroom, a sizable balcony and a living area made it more luxurious. drinks were provided free and I thought it was a nice touch by the hotel. although it is a 700m distance from Chidlom bts, a shuttle is provided on the way out at your convenience. the restaurants around the hotel grounds are pretty good and there are quite a good number to choose from.

Believe me that everything was great and awesome. For our wedding anniversary the staff prepared rose petals and chocolate snacks for us when we got into the room which my wife loved. Great service and attention to detail. The rooms are anyway awesome, blocking sounds almost 100% ... Haven't slept that good for a long time

While everything was amazing, the only thing I found a bit odd or expensive was the 1,000 THB per person for breakfast. It is a gorgeous breakfast but not a 1,000 THB breakfast in my opinion. . . Maybe my expectations were too high going in.

The concierge team were amazing and very helpful. The housekeeping was top notch. We enjoyed the afternoon tea in the lobby and ordered some food, it was delicious and worth the experience. Also, the spa was lovely. We booked the grand premier twin room with extra bed, the room had a separate living room with laundry room and small kitchenette. The room space was great and the beds were queen size.

Provide more shuttle services to other shopping centers

Amazing room Beautiful decor I requested the hotel to make up room with surprise for my husband's bday! So great and pleasant experience! And the Breakfast is great too. - I'm vegan, there are vegan options and middle eastern (originally vegan) dishes are also available! Righr across Sindhorn area, and only a few mins walks (or by shuttle even shorter) to Chit lom BTS station.

Everything was impeccable, probably besides bar. Firefly bar boasts 30s style ambience as well as their west coast jazz. But cocktails itself is quite.. different from what I expect. But all good.

we liked everything. - location is great. lot of Malls are near by about 10-20 minutes walk. - breakfast: variety of options - room are remarkable and super clean - staff are really friendly and helpful. we would like to extend our appreciation to Mr. Thitinat (Sun). he did our check in and he upgraded our room to a suite. he is such a professional and helpful, we are really thankful for his welcoming and explanation of the accommodation. - The room looked like the picture posted in the website. we enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was a wonderful experience. We are sad that due to our short stay, we didn’t have the chance to try the Gym.
