The rooms were extremely clean and the design inspired by 80s and 90s was really cool. Kind staff and good breakfast. Very good value for money!

The position is not perfect as it’s in a bit dark street. They provide a free service with tuk tuk but it is not possible to contact them through Whatsapp

Very comfortable and they make an effort to be eco-friendly. All materials are quality with a lot of handmade fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with a selection of dried flower teas too. If you want to stay somewhere unique and comfy, it's great!

The design of the lobby, stairways, and canteen is unique. Goods in the little art shop are beautiful, both me and my daughter couldn't help to buy quite a few to fill our suitcases on the first day in Bangkok

The room feels a bit tired and dark.

I had stayed here for 2 days in late 2019, before the pandemic put a pause to everything. While the decor and vibe stood out then as well, I found it's only gotten better since. The restaurant has been redesigned to look and feel even better. The interiors are so wonderfully put together (we stayed in a studio room) and the place welcomes you with a warm hug. The first impression was the beautiful deco that’s right up our alley. Service from the staff is always prompt, friendly and good and I find the staff is genuinely nice. Within the room, it’s impeccably clean. Good sound proofing because we don’t really hear our neighbours. The breakfast provided by the hotel surpasses our expectation and we looked forward to breakfast every morning too. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 From the hotel, it’s 5-7mins walk to the main road, which then is 7mins walk to Asok BTS station. Good thing is the hotel provide a Tuk tuk service which really saves us from walking. I would contact the driver and he appear almost instantly. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The water pressure is on the weak side but it’s still passable.

The place is sublime with its unique decor and way above average staff. Starting with parking / shuttle operator, the lady that supervised the breakfast ending with exceptional management at the front desk.

I had a quite poor view over other buildings, the bar/restaurant wouldn’t serve coffee after 4 or something saying now they’re just a cocktail bar which was odd. I definitely didn’t enjoy Scandinavian family with bunch of children spinning completely out of control making breakfast experience unbearable for the rest of the guests.

The whole place is decorated with a great eye for detail and it feels relaxing and comfortable to stay there. Breakfast has enough options and is super tasty. The room has everything you need (ie. iron, kitchenette, fridge) and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

The location is a bit odd, even if they provide (excellent) TukTuk service to bring you to or pick you up from Sukhumvit road.. even though its is close to Asok/Sukhumvit, you need to do a big detour to get there, because of dense housing in that area.

Lovely 'boutique' feel to the property. Friendly staff. Kudos to the coffee maker at breakfast every day - he made the best coffee in Bangkok! Great breakfast. Great location - an easy walk to Asoke BTS station.

One of the rooms we stayed in had quite a dank musky smell. Felt like it hadn't been used for a long time. When asked, they came and sprayed some air freshener in the room but really it needed a big airing out. Air Con located right above the bed and you can't change the airflow direction. So it's hard to keep the room cool without wearing a hat while sleeping ;)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and were very helpful in providing suggestions. The service throughout my stay was spectacular, from the check-in process to room service. They even provide tuktuk service till the main road which is very close to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. The tuktuk guy is very chill and friendly. You can order food via Grab as there are some amazing restaurants in the area. The breakfast spread was great but if you are a vegetarian then the options for you will be limited. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Really charming little gem, tucked away into a quiet Soi. The walk in is a bit long but calm, and not terrible with good weather. There is an on-call tuk tuk service available too. And if you just take cars/taxis - this is a moot point. Really nearby a lot of good restaurants. Room itself is great. Well designed, functional, loved the kitchenette. Design of the whole place was lovely!

Water was not hot in our room; fortunately, bkk always is. On the flip side, air con faces bed directly, which is not very pleasant at night. There is a led strip light above the bed, that does not turn off. Which was pretty annoying.
