What went well? Absolutely everything! The location is perfect, the facilities are great, but most of all it's the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thanks Yu and Maria and others at Reception, the housekeeping staff and the wonderful ladies in the Monsoon restaurant. I'm very sorry that I can't recall all names at the moment; you truly deserve better recognition than what I've offered. It's my intention to return which is probably the best recommendation I can give. Thanks for making it a great holiday. Denis.

What could have been better? That's a head scratcher. Sorry, I have no answers for that.

Seriously I love the Location very close to Nana BTS it was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The room was super clean and the bed was super comfortable. Big fridge and also there was a washing machine. Adelphi Suite Bangkok you are awesome... A big thank you to all the staff 👍👍

everything was pretty perfect👌🏻 staff, location, services and was really comfy everyone should try the monsoon restaurant 7-11 was closed to the hotel.. definitely next time I’ll stay for 1 month there..

Everything about the hotel was awesome! It was big, clean and super comfy! Plenty of good street food and bars in the street. The best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok thus far. Well done and keep the service levels going!

Friendly and professional staff. They accommodated an early check-in on the morning we arrived, which was greatly appreciated as we had arrived on an overnight flight from Europe. Close to BTS train station (2-3min walk). We were upgraded to a two-room suite including kitchen, which was great. Excellent coffee from the cafe next to reception! Pool looked nice although we didn't use it.

There was construction work on the floor beneath us during the day which was a bit noisy - however the room we were offered was an upgrade and the staff let us know about the construction work in advance before we accepted it, so we did expect this and it was no surprise.

Adelphi Suites house keeping team is excellent. They kept the suites and surroundings such as corridors and lobby clean and neat. I believe the sofa and cooking accessories are fresh set as they are very clean and comfortable. Hotel front desk are very friendly and helpful. Adelphi is a short walk to BTS Nana. The street which it is situated at is very vibrant and locals are friendly and smiley. I feel blessed to have my first Songkran at this area. Room sound proof is very good, I could have peaceful rest everyday. Will be back again!

Would have been perfect if the clothes hangers were removable hook kind. Everything else perfect!

location is good!

We booked and paid for 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child) in a one-bedroom suite as for there is a sofa bed in the living room for our son. During our stay, the hotel told us that we could not use the sofa as a bed for our son, if we did then we would need to pay for the sofa-bed as an extra “bed”. But if we use it just as a sofa, then we do not need to pay for it, which confused us and it did not seem make sense: A sofa-bed in the living room which we have paid for, but we were not allowed to use it to as a bed!

The location was good. My friend got the better room even though we both paid the same amount of money.

Everything was good. Nothing I didn't like.
