Really lovely staff, let me check in early even though I only intended to leave my bag. The room was great, no fridge or kettle but they did have a filtered water dispenser next to the elevator with cold water. And there’s the communal kitchen if you’re into that. Air con was great, room/level decor was awesome and unique. Really great value, great location to bus and trains as well as walking distance to a lot of shops/stalls etc. and a really nice experience all around. Keep in mind if not travelling solo that the shower door and toilet door are the same door that slides on a rail, but they are separate rooms. There was some construction going on but I always bring earplugs when I travel so wasn’t an issue. Bed was on a raised platform, not sure if all rooms are like that but if you have mobility issues, maybe double check.

The location is one of the finest as you can go to Terminal 21 for shopping and to see a movie. Also a metro stations are very close to the hotel, we have used Asok and Nana stations (BTS line) as well as MRT line. Lumphini park is near the hotel - you can see varans (monitor lizards) in the day time there. We liked 7/11 shop just in front of the hotel - you can have any type of breakfast you want. Also you can cook in the shared kitchen and store food in the fridge - the area on the ground floor is cozy and useful. There are a lot of places around - bars, local kitchen and street food available. During our stay we were also working remotely, so we highly appreciated additional areas to work - the roof terrace was equipped with tables and chairs and ground floor area had even better chairs and tables together with the charging place. There are darts, table football and aero hockey you can play for free! Also you can easily wash and dry your clothes for a good price just on the second floor inside the hotel.

We had 2 quite large bags with us and only one could feet the place under the bed. It wasn`t a big problem though, as there is no wardrobe available, we used the other bag as a storage for our clothes. So be ready to use one shelf and 5 hangers as the wardrobe option. The only thing that was a bit frustrating - the pillows. They were very soft and did not support the neck during the night. But just used other pillows that were placed in the room for the design.

whoever you’re sharing this space with, make sure you’re “close” to them. there is very little privacy with the toilet and shower set up. both cannot be used at the same time, as both share only 1 door, so while one is closed, the other is open. also, it’s only a sliding door, so the ”door” is hardly ever shut tight. very little privacy in noise also. lol

Location is amazing. Smacked in the centre with very close access to train stations. A lot of hawker stalls nearby, to have a taste of street food. The setup of the hotel is like an overpriced hostel. You have your own room and bath. But there's a hang out place on the ground floor, there's gym, pantry for you to prepare your food, communal washing machine (with some fees), game area. Check in was swift. Requested to change room, without much hassle.

BED BUGS! Check the sheet and under the pillows before you lie on them. And they appear in 2 different rooms. Thankfully the 3rd room was clean.

It would be great to have a hook for a towel near the sink, especcially there is plenty of space for it.

The Location was close to the night life of Bangkok and had the BTS skytrain close by, plenty of places to eat, massage and of course the nightlife. The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The showers were powerful and there was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner along with a hairdryer. There is a communal area where you could meet new people from other countries, the staff are welcoming. The kitchen is a shared area also, but it’s always clean with a fridge to store food, they supply stickers to place on the food. There is smoking on the front pavement, or at the back of the garage/carpark.

Perhaps the lack of a tv in the room, but I guess the Mission of Lyf is not for people to hide out in their rooms but to mingle with other guests.

This was the best accommodation I stayed in during my 2 week trip through Thailand. The hotel exceeded all expectations by far and it was very modern, very clean and comfortable. The room I stayed in was large enough and had all the facilities I needed - I especially liked the high water pressure shower. The bed was very comfortable and I even had a nice view from my room on the 8th floor. Located in the middle of a pub street in Sukhumvit, there was a little bit of noise from the outside in the evening, but not enough to prevent me from sleeping (I think the walls are sound proof). Great staff, as well - they were all super helpful and nice! I didn't use the common areas, but they also lookedvery modern and fun. This hotel was terrific value for the money and I would totally stay here again next time I visit Bangkok.

I loved everything about this hotel, I really can't find anything negative to say!

The main reason to choose this hotel was location and convenience of using public transport. Best decision ever!! Conveniently located to Nana BTS which is a few steps away to all major locations and sights. There is a 7Eleven right across the hotel for all your snacks. You will find a few restaurants and bars too that are open more or less all the time if you are into it and of course a spot for your massages. Overall location a winner! The hotel itself is eco-friendly and sustainable, which is amazing. Each floor is equipped with water dispensers. Your room has a jug that let's you fill up with as much water as you want. There are no frills to the room. No wastage. No plastic. You can get some basic toiletries from the hotel if you want but since I carried them with me I did not need. They do provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in refillable bottles that are actually of a good brand and not cheap. The rooms are designed for sleep as you might be out most of the time. There is no TV and fridge either, which was fine for me. The bed is comfy and big. The bathroom and shower are big and spacious too. The hotel is affordable for solo travellers. Has a space for co-working, a kitchen for simple meal preps and utensils. They do have a roof for yoga and workouts but I did not have the chance to explore those spaces of the hotel much.

The room tends to get dusty fast. As I was there only for a few days I really did not want it cleaned but I did notice dust gathering on frames. The floor does tend to get dirty fast as well. I wish the dustbins in the room came with covers.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the wifi was good. There are washing machines and dryers you can use on site for a small fee. There are stations to refill your water bottle and also a small games area. We visited at the time of the Loy Krathong festival, the guests got to make lanterns for the festival in the communal area which was really fun and inclusive! A special mention for Eye who was so kind, lovely and helpful.

The room windows are very small. This didn’t bother us, but if you need natural daylight in your room you won’t get much.
