great location, large clean and modern rooms, mostly fair prices (depends the season). swimming pool roof top, Tuktuk (don’t forget to give a tip to the driver), free coffee at the lobby. cleaning, door and Tuktuk very polite and friendly.

Front desk staff, arrogant, highly unpolite, very basic English, head down with her mobile phone the whole day. Never hello or even a smile to us and all the customers we saw. We spent with my wife a whole month there at the opening of Hope Land Soi 8, before covid. Front desk staff were very polite and professional, now it’s the complete opposite, such a shame. Breakfast is a mess, don’t ask the same girl at the front desk, or she will comment bad with her mgr in front of you, my wife is Thai and she understood well what she said, again such a shame for such a high end Hotel.

Geat location, quiet residential side street, roof pool is small but ok, gym is basic but ok, very good value for money considering this is in the touristic heart of Bangkok. The room was very spacious and clean.

The internet was very slow but this might be a problem all over Thailand and not specifically of this hotel. The room doors are not noise proof. You can hear everything that's going on in the corridor.

Surprisingly good. Nice hotel, excellent room, fantastic bathroom and shower. Had a decent view from my balcony. Very helpful staff, especially the gentlemen at the door. Nice rooftop pool area. Great location. Set back in Soi 8 which is already relatively quiet and a very short walk to restaurants, bars, transport.

Room can be a little noisy if the upstairs neighbours thump around.

Spacious room in quiet area, close to hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit but far away enough to relax. Rooftop pool and garden was great, room amenities good - loved the seating areas and the mirrors helped make the space feel bigger than what it was. Good fridge and comfortable bed. Free coffee downstairs was a nice bonus.

Was initially checked into a filthy, uncleaned room. An easy mistake quickly fixed but not pleasant after arriving on a late flight at 2am. Was offered little apology or compensation for the inconvenience. Sheets appeared dirty in new room but management assured me they were clean. No minibar. Doors need better soundproofing - could hear doors slamming up and down the corridor at all hours of the day.

The hotel Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful even if it was hard for them to understand me because of my voice problem. I like the ride from hotel to Nana BTS Station. We had aproblem with the aircon and they put me in another room for a night until the aircon was repaired.

I thought they said there rooms are non-smoking but we were booked to a room that is smoker. I am very sensitive to the smell of cigarette no matter how much perfume they will spray, I can still smell it. It gives me headache, no kidding! The bathroom are starting to show mold on all the corners.

The hotel is 5 minutes easy walk from the main street/BTS and hotel tuk tuk is also provided. The staff was always helpful and the big size of the room makes you feel comfortable. The roof top pool and the gym were sufficient for chilling and doing the daily workouts. On the street there are two 7-Eleven markets and two very good restaurants. Although the hotel is in the busy neighborhood it was always quiet. So far it is the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in BKK.

The breakfast needs improvement to justify the price tag and the A/C in the gym should be on throughout the day and not switched off by the cleaning lady.

I have been staying in the Sukhumvit area since 2014. The location of the place is excellent, right next to the Nana BTS. The rooms are spacious and very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is really good at the top floor with terrace garden. And for those who requires gym, let me tell you that the gym with the equipments is quite good. The staffs are really good and they are there to help you anytime. Even though our check in time was at 02:00 PM, we reached quite early around 08:30 AM. Since a room was available, we got the room around 09:30 AM. Last but not the least, if you are staying in this Hotel then breakfast is must here. The items in the breakfast are delicious with with good spread.

Nothing as such

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city. Lots of restaurants just a short walk away. The pool is fantastic with amazing views across the city. Pool towels were always available. We had breakfast included with our stay and the choices were pretty good but you only have what’s on display to chose from- there’s no cook to order so that was a bit of a let down as a lovely freshly cooked omelette for breakfast is always a favourite. The Asian breakfast was very good though. The staff were very friendly and always helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It could do with a mattress topper on it to add that extra bit of softness and luxury. It would make all the difference.

we had a lovely sized room, the pool which was shut for 2 of the days we were there, was really cool on the rooftop so we enjoyed going in there when it was open. location was great as it allowed us to get to everywhere with ease during our stay in Bangkok. We also loved using their complimentary coffee machine which we thought was a lovely touch at reception.

It might be a small thing but I liked to use the gym on the top floor and if my partner was staying in the room I had to take the stairs all the way up as you need the keycard to use the elevator, however you also need the keycard to power everything in your room. Also frustrating that the pool was shut for maintenance works and would’ve been nice to have some warning but it’s just the way it worked out.

Clean room, good sheets, comfy bed, kind staff, great location.

Pool could do with a refurb and no bedside lamps.
