The hotel room was nice and comfortable with lovely sofa area close to the window. The location of the hotel is definitely an advantage, close to mrt, shopping mall, benjakitti park and numerous restaurants and cafes

wifi connection at the 7th floor was a little bit weak

Nice comfortable rooms and small but cozy pool, great for relaxing during Bangkok's hot days

Staff was quite rude, and tried to make us spend more by adding one additional unneeded bed

The location is just off the central Sukhumvit road. One of Bangkok's most famous adult entertainment districts is also 5 minutes away by walk. The staff were immaculate in their hospitality and friendliness, and given that it's Thailand that says something. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast but there is a good selection. The swimming pool is well maintained, although I didn't have the chance to enjoy it. The room is not very spacious, but big enough to make it suitable for a longer stay (say, 2 weeks).

I can't think of anything negative

The hotel's location is fantastic for access to MRT/BTS and the areas around Asoke/Sukhumvit, yet far enough away from the really busy spots to be quiet and private. Rooms were smallish but comfortable, with effective, quiet AC. Overall quiet and well appointed throughout. Not something I'd usually mention, but the beds were incredibly comfortable: some of the best beds I've slept in in Thailand. Staff were helpful and pleasant, and the tuktuk service to Asoke/Sukhumvit was useful.

The electrical system (activated by room key card) tripped a few times during my 9 nights, meaning a few trips to the front desk, sometimes at inconvenient hours, to get it reset. WiFi was a little flakey, meaning my devices kept swapping WiFi networks (all called the same thing), which was problematic if working from the room. Occasionally, the staff ignored the 'do not disturb' notices and insisted on daily room servicing, or didn't come at all when room servicing was required. Unfortunately, there was no storage space such as drawers in the room (besides the safe) for any suitcase unpacking, so living out of a suitcase was the only option. Views aren't this hotel's strong point.

The hotel is in a great location, near Soi Cowboy. The Skytrain can be reached in 5 minutes by walking. The stop is Asok. There are a lot of shops and even the mall Terminal 21 store nearby. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The pool invites you to relax and you can work off some energy in the gym.

Unfortunately the restaurant was only open for breakfast. If you are hungry, you need to go out for some food. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about at this hotel for the value for money.

Excellent staff, especially the main front desk man ('yellow shirt', I forgot to get his name) he was professional, helpful and courteous. Great location, quiet side street a short walk to the MRT and BTS. Plenty of nice restaurants and convenience stores. Clean and comfortable.

Even with the aircon on, the room was a bit humid and though clean, most of the towels were threadbare. Minor stuff.

I was the third time there. The location is perfect situated in Skhumvit to explore Bangkok with very good connections. Since the hotel is on a side street, there isn‘t to much noise involved. Swimmingpool and room seize are ok. Superfriendly staf.

My first days I ordered breakfast. But honestly, beside there are so many places to eat, it isn‘t a „must have“.

The hotel exceeded my expectation :-) Great location with lots of nice bars and restaurants around. Very close to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Very spacious clean room. We unfortunately didn't have time to use the pool area but it looked amazing. We looked around a lot before selecting a hotel in Bangkok but next time I would simply book here. I definitely recommend it.

The location is perfect Restaurant and street food a few minutes walk from the hotel, and 5 minutes walk to BTS and MRT stations. Neighborhood is quiet and nice, the hotel is clean and the room confortable. Wifi works well We will come back

The pool is nice but not like in the pictures (no mattresses). No power plugs next to the bed.

It was great service, and the staff were really lovely. The room was very well appointed, and had everything that we needed for a short stay. We were quite close to the subway, as well as a good selection of restaurants. We were very happy with the hotel, and will stay again in the future.
