Majestic Suites Hotel

I have stayed here multiple times over the years, it is well placed for nightlife, bars, restaurants. Very short walk to the BTS if you want to get around. Only a short walk to terminal 21 for a large choice of foods. Very reasonably priced considering its location. I needed to book an extra day (forgot when I booked) because my flight was late at night. No problems with the request and was charged the "special" rate I got for the room. Room was really good, with a welcome tray for coffee and everything you could need provided in the bathroom.

Due to a spot of bad planning, the toilet is situated too near the bath (room 408) - I am just about 5ft 8" and it was challenging to sit comfortably anybody taller would have had to stick their legs in the bath.

Very close to everything. Has everything you need for a stay in Sukhumvit. Friendly staff & helpful. Great breakfast. The late checkout was not a problem and very much appreciated!

1. The hotel has no area for taxi drop off. Be sure to make a quick exit as Sukhumvit Rd is VERY busy. Thankfully the staff are very aware of this and are very helpful with the bags, both arriving and departing. 2. The room I had this time was very noisy due to the proximity of the Nana Plaza clubs.

I can't really fault this hotel about anything really. For a very affordable price, I spent five nights very comfortably and conveniently located, as it's just around the corner from Nana Plaza and less than five minutes walk to Nana BTS station. Despite the street noise that one may expect in such an area, my room was surprisingly quiet, maybe because it was in the higher floors too (so, request one like that when booking if you are a light sleeper). The hotel is "guest friendly" and its staff are very courteous too. I can't give an opinion about the breakfast as I opted out and had mine at nearby places for much cheaper prices.

Walls can be a bit of the thin side. Having said that, the only time this became evident was during the daytime when someone was speaking on the phone in the room next door. Luckily, I did not experience the problem at night. I also need to say that, the same reasons that make this hotel's position quite handy for single men, may not make it a great option for families with children.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before. It is very well located if you wish to stay in the Nana/Sukhumvit area; very close to the Nana BTS too. Its value for money tends to be pretty good too. This time I booked only two weeks or so ahead of staying, and took advantage of an available offer. When it comes to the room, I was luckier in previous visits. Although I asked and was given a room in the higher floors, it was a smaller one than the ones I've stayed in during previous visits. The rooms you really want are the ones facing the street, but I didn't really pay attention at the time of booking. Having said that, the room was fine, albeit a bit small.

As I said before, the room was a bit on the smaller side. It was advertised as 30 square metres, but I'm not sure this was the case; hard to say without measuring it. Also, this room faced the back of the building, and although the windows have double glass, it can get a bit noisy as you have the bars and night clubs in that direction and not much of a view. Luckily, the second and last night of my stay was during a religious public holiday and all that was closed, so no noise problems as a result. But I'd advice you to get a room facing the street when staying here and on the higher floors if possible.

1. Located near KoreaTown, near BTS Nana, close to Terminal 21 mall, Siam Paragon, and Central World. What more do you want? 2. Room has nice interior design with marble and the bathroom has a huge bathtub and fancy Japanese toilet! 3. Wonderful breakfast special downstairs for 200 THB ($7 USD) 4. I made an error in my booking, booked too many nights and hotel owner was great about working with me to get me credit for a stay for another time. Overall good customer service

I was shocked to find out after checking in that I was 30 meters from weed shops, too many strip clubs, loud smoky bars, and legion of prostitutes (not a family-friendly place or a good place for professionals traveling for work). On this basis alone, I probably would not ever go back to this hotel again, which is sad given the interior design of the room. 2. The price was over 2X what i was paying for a nice quiet hotel room near Icon Siam mall. This with #1, I wouldn't ever go back again. Others might be willing to pay the premium to be near the Red Light, but I don't need that. 3. The staff was great except that crabby and small-minded woman on the night shift.

This was my third year in a row in this hotel. Previous two trips were very satisfactory and came in with the same high expectations for the monthly stay. I was not disappointed. * Staff - met the same familiar faces and few new ones , everyone who I dealt with were helpful and friendly , compliments to the staff. * Cleanliness - Great. Additional shout out to the cleaning staff who did a great job keeping the room refreshed everyday. * Location - Even better. Given how Thailand opened back to tourism after the covid , can witness more and more businesses opening up around year over year. Can get even more services within a walking distance , not to mention finally discovering the green passage to the Lumphini park from Benchakitti park , going for long walks to the both parks was a pleasure.

Cannot really complain about anything. Perhaps that the rooms look dated? Oh and the working space not being that comfortable , but I knew what I was getting into when I was booking the hotel.

This is my third stay in this hotel. Good Location, near to Metro Station. Property is on main road so easy to get taxi. Very close to Mac D, Burger King, Starbuck and Tim Horton. You can reach to Air Port using BTS (Green line) and then MRT (Blue line Airport Link) in 45 minute with just 60 Baht cost vs a taxi which might cost you 600 Baht. It's straight 1000 Baht savings if you consider both way transport. We reached there at 7:30 AM and they allocated us room which was a great gesture as we were tired after over night journey.

I think nothing to compliant or don't like for this property. It's value for money. If you want luxurious facility then JW Marirott is near by :) with 4 times cost.

Everything. It's possibly one of the best value proposition in Bangkok. The facilities are much better than the cost. Staff is very good, hospitable and reasonable. I requested for an early checkin by calling them and they happily helped and arranged for it with a nominal charge. Location is excellent with a lot of food options around be it halal, indian, thai or vegan Plenty of decent message centers nearby and its also very close to metro stop and Terminal 21 mall

A very minor hiccup. Bathtub stopper was not working. I was too lazy to inform them but I know from my previous stays that they fix these things quickly if brought to their notice. .

I have stayed at MS several times and the front desk staff welcome me as if an old friend. Great location, close to Nana Sky-train station and within walking distance of the many new live band music bars setting up in the soi on the north side of Sukhumvit. Rooms a good size, kept very clean by the housekeeping team. Great value for money.

Number of English language TV channels poor (3) for a hotel catering for overseas visitors. Could be improved for those guests who want a quiet night in.

Staff - are always helpful a friendly. This blanket phrase usually does no justice to staff until you meet someone who is not having a great day and wants to take it out on you. This, however, have not happened over my several lengthy stays in this hotel even once. Cleanliness - was always satisfactory over my several stays in this hotel, compliments to the cleaning staff. As a side note , the rooms still look dark and dated in general , but that's a separate issue. Location - top tier if you're looking for Nana area nightlife. Most certainly not the best place to stay with family, but as far as the nightlife go, everything is either within hands reach or a short walk away. And if you want to see Bangkoks famous attractions, you can easily get there via Bangkok public transportation (although it will take you some time to do so either due to changing between bts and mrt or buses/taxis being stuck in Bangkok traffic).

Comfort - be warned that if you get a room facing Nana plaza, odds are you won't be able to go to sleep until it shut downs at 2am. To some (myself included) that might not be the problem, if you're out partying until late, but be aware that you won't really have the option to go to sleep early (unless you're really tired and can handle the bass vibrations coming from Nana plaza bars).
