It’s in good location. And you can shop in the same place.

The way of approaching the customer by the reception wasn’t up to that level . and there is a a lot of questions by the Bags porter where are you going and how many days to stay . But i stop him . Please be careful and educate the guys to watch out of these intelligent questions .

Location was great and quite central so you can get to shops, transport and social areas in matter of minutes walk.

Staff is helpful and smart Wi fi is excellent Overall hotel in good location and quit Price through booking is good

Breakfast was not up to standard, need to be evaluated by hotel

Very central location in Bangkok, modern room, friendly cleaning staff, good price, fast check in and check out.

The entrance area is more like an area of many shops and doesn't really look like a hotel, the desk in the room was a bit broken and it was difficult to work there

location- near to halal food places and public transportation. facilities - all brand new and easy access. staff - friendly and accomodating

breakfast - nothing to shout but there are many options outside

The hotel staffs are very helpful. I forgot to take some important stuffs at the time of check out. however, when I returned & claimed the same, they given all the stuffs in right way. That was amazing. Room was clean. Best location if you wish to stay at Sukhumvit. lots of food options around the hotel. I loved the Arabian restaurants near the hotel. I also got pharmacy, McDonalds & some shopping options at the same building of the hotel.

The hotel doesn’t offer comb within the complimentary toiletries. It was comparatively less light in the room in the nighttime & also at the walkway from lift to room. There should be more options in the breakfast menu.

Front desk, House-keeping and porter services have provided good services.

The breakfast has been the same as it was since 2019. Nothing changed. Sugary breakfast juices & only 1 cereal - corn flakes was avail. NO pancakes, waffles, muffins, danishes, breakfast bars were available. Toast was available with high sugar level jam spreads. Half boiled eggs turned out to be HARD boiled eggs. It was not the best way to start the day. Extremely dissapointed.Sincerely hope the management reviews the buffet breakfast menu. Tku.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, spacious rooms, a comfortable workplace (desk and a decent chair), big, comfy bed, situated in a very busy location, with many food, drink, and fun choices in dozens of meters around it. Extra kudos for cook: I had to leave 1h before breakfast time and he prepared sandwiches for me to go.

The hotel really lacks a pool and parts of the room have seen some life and use, But good things definitely win over bad.

The staffs (at the reception and security) were verry helpful and charming. We had a short stay at this hotel and we didn't have time to explore other services eg restaurant . As our flight was late in the evening, the receptionist was very helpful to extend our stay with till 16:00 hrs, ( we were charged only 500 bahts extra)
