Location was excellent- walking distance to sightseeing and public transport close by. Thank you to murad, mihirban and yusuf for taking very good care and answering all questions that we had. One of us was vegetarian and all care was taken to accommodate them. Would recommend and book again!!

There was peeling plaster on the ceiling in one corner that was falling on the table - that needs to be looked at. Also the door to the bathroom was translucent glass and no lock. That could be changed for a better experience.

Neda staff,s at the reception (Ken,Muhammed and Azis) were very helpful,their were polite and respectful . Anytime we wanted advice about transport or areas we wanted to get to, their gave their time,made every effort to get the correct information to make it easy for us to travel ...At no time of the day there push away or ignored us. There were so good towards us that their became part of our family. Made our trip very enjoyable Well done boys and wish them best for their future.

We would have liked a chair in the room, found the room bit too small. Found stained on the mattress. I would suggest to use waterproof and washable mattress covers.

The location is good , very near to the tramway station. Restaurants and other shops are nearby. Wed liked to thank and send kudos to the hospitality of the reception team Aziz, Mohamed and Ken , theyre very flexible,approachable and very helpful.

Not much selection of the breakfast, We thought its a buffet breakfast ,ure just given a pc. of boiled egg,a tiny slice of meatloaf , bread and cheese and some spread. Rest are excess payment. Noisy as its very close proximity to restaurants shops and tram but its tolerable.

Every thing was nice and good Aziz was smiling all the time ;he makes you feel very happy and comfortable ☺️

The location was perfect, the hotel is right next to tram station and 1 station away from all historic attractions in main Sultanahmet making everything accessible for the traveller. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and supportive, had a good stay at Neda Hotel will recommend it to other travellers.

The elevator doesnt reach the ground floor but that isn't that big of a problem. Some things like hair dryer and electric kettle were not available.

We liked the location and the people working at the restaurant are wonderful and amazing! The size of the rooms was good. The breakfast is good, few days we had extra meals like menemen and other kinds of eggs. The other days we had regular breakfast which is really good. On a plate you get three kinds of cheese, vegetables, olives and salami, and spreadable jams, cream, butter. The towels were changed regularly.

In one room the bathroom was not clean when we arrived and we waited for two days for her to clean the room. In one room the cistern for the toiled is not functioning. In two rooms there was no hair dryer. During five days she did not change the sheets nor did she clean the bathroom sink. The shower was not clean that much and the joints on the tiles were black. The cleaning lady took the slippers we got at the beginning and did not replace them with new ones.

Amazing location 10/10 Room is clean Bed is super comfortable Restaurant has some amazing food to offer and guest get 10% discount

Room is small, picture doesn't represent it good Window is small and useless, don't expect city view Not a fan of bathroom, expect everything to be wet after a shower ( we didn't get Hairdryer or Bathrobe) Breakfast is not worth it in my opinion, you are much better of grabbing some food in a city

My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and literally everything was perfect! From the hotel stuff, guys on reception were awesome and so friendly. If I am gona talk about guys in restaurant Neda, I would never finish. They were PERFECT! We fell in love with Istanbul and people there. All recommendations for Neda hotel. Sending you so much love from Croatia.

From the very start people who work in the hotel made us feel very comfortable: free tea on arriving, quick to response to our requests. Restaurant in the ground floor. Wifi works perfectly in rooms. Location just next to Gulhane park and next to the tram stop.

There was a reconstruction of the tram ways so we needed to close windows for several nights. No option to choose a coffee for included breakfast.

We arrived late night at the hotel and we were welcomed by extremely friendly staff. The room was perfect for our two night stay. It was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the Turkish breakfast as well. We had a few drinks at the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed a fantastic supper with entertainment. I cannot wait to return to this hotel on my next trip to Istanbul. Thank you Erol and your team for making our stay memorable.
