Millennium Istanbul Golden Horn

It was first time staying in this hotel, I like it so much, because it is a small and quite and cosy. The reception very helpful specially Mr Shams who always want to help as much as he can. They have list ( menu) of deferent kind of pillows you choose what is comfortable for you , the breakfast buffet is good have enough selection to start your day with hot and nice meal and you can asked also for eggs as way you like. I recommend for people who want clean, comfortable, and safe place.

The hotel is great, located in a quiet and safe area, very close to the promenade, so it is pleasant to go on walks by the water. Our room was spacious and super super clean and it had the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in and many types of pillows to choose from. Also loved their massive furniture pieces. The shower area and the bathroom had a considerable size as well and the hotel provided everything you could possibly need. We stayed here for 10 days and we really felt like home. The staff is absolutely amazing, super polite, always ready to listen and help with anything you ask for. At breakfast they had a wide range of food options suitable for any taste and we also really appreciated that the layout in the breakfast area was not packed with tables like you often see in other hotels. The entire space looked very classy. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant every night and the food was absolutely delicious. Mr. Murat definitely pays a lot of attention to details and he always made sure the service was impeccable. We also had a high speed internet included and we were able to work while staying here. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

No dislikes, everything was perfect.

I spent 5 nights here with my family. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families. Following are the reasons why i love this hotel. 1. Super clean rooms and good toilet 2. Room services were very quick in any time of the the day/night 3. Breakfast was good and the staffs were excellent in taking care of all the guests. Felt at home. 4. Tram, bus and a ferry station is just a minute walk from the hotel and you can conveniently travel through out the city. 5. Amazing seaside park just 50 meters away from the hotel, ideal for an evening or morning stroll and taking pics.

swimming pool was not there, we missed it.

Outstanding Stay! starting from the reception team to everything else in the hotel. Shams was really nice and healpful person, you will feel delighted by his experience in trating guests. Room size is ok, I liked the bathroom, and bed is comfy and clean.

honestly speaking nothing went wrong, and I liked the stay with them and this is my second time for long stay with them. The only things which I can comment here, we want more discount for returning guests. As it will be my choic whenever I will be in Istanbul.

every thing in general was good

we was booking for 5 nights for 2 rooms with 2 adults & 2 children with age 13/10 they told me that we are going to charge you for breakfast for one person for each room whin was our booking with breakfast for two room they told me that each room only one person including with breakfast….this is first time in my life l heard that only one person in each room. I wrote to booking.Com for inquiry but unfortunately until today for more than 10 days I don’t get any reply.

The staff is the best super friendly and helpful way too accommodating the room service food is great the rooms are spacious and clean I rate everything a 10/10

not a big con but there’s barely anything within a walking distance especially during the summer

Mr.Shams in the reception he is a great person and very cooperative and nice to deal with... He was very welcoming and try to help and guide the visitors ... I would rate him 5 stars for the customer relationship...

Some times there is noise from the street

I liked everything in this hotel: location, staff, breakfasts, facilities, and my room. The staff is high-professional and always ready to help. The hotel upgraded my room for free, and the room was super clean (that's very important for me in any hotel). The room service was amazing. Many thanks to the hotel staff, and especially to Zeynep (hello, Zeynep, thank you so much for your help and support. Hope I will come back to Turkey in the future and I know where I want to stay).

People are concerned about the hotel location. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to explore the Balat district. Also, places like Tekfur Sarayi Muzesi or the Walls of Constantinople are just within walking distance of the hotel (15-20 minutes). In addition, I discovered a really interesting area around Eyüp Sultan Mosque and loved one street (Kalenderhane Cd.) with plenty of shops, restaurants, and so on. Anyway, if you want to reach the city center, the tram station is within 2 minutes of walking from the hotel.

everything, everyone in the hotel treats us in the best way. We felt more than welcome to be guests.

location was far away from the attraction (in case you don’t have a car). also the internet is a little bit laggy. but both of these points did not affect our stay.

There are many nice staffs who are helpful and patient. The reception upgrade my standard room into junior suite, it makes my journey in Istanbul being comfortable and feeling like home, quite fantastic experience. And the transport here, is convenient, i could take bus by 55T to new or old city centre within approximately half an hour or call a Uber traveling to anywhere in Istanbul with an affordable prices. But a little pityit ， the hotel is far from the SAW and no direct bus service to the hotel, if u take a taxi it takes nearly 1h30min due to traffic problems, fortunately, only cost within 300tr. Overall, i recommend this hotel to everyone, it is my first time traveling alone in Istanbul, in unfamiliar nation, staffs helped me with many language issue, they are all best English-speakers.
