The cleanliness of the rooms must be a priority!

Bed sheets are a bit too old & dirty , for the name and position of the hotel an action shall be taken as soon as possible for the new bed sheets and towels

Everything was perfect, the Hotel the service especialy Khadiza at the premium level so kind helpful and professional, always polite with big smile. Very Clean, nice delicius food with big variety and high quality. . We booked the hb pachage and was nice surprise to learn many more included us happy hour, snack bar, offers for food and services!! We had spa treatment for couples, was great! We recommend it! The room was big,beautiful comfortable bed, with great view. The Hotel is exactly as at the pictures. Thank you, we will come back.

The only bad is that we wanted to relax at the pool but the pool is in the middle of buildings so is in the shadow till 13.30-14.00. And after only 3.30- 4hours of sun. This is really bad if you want to relax by the pool. . But except that was everything so perfect.

The reception staff is very rude and not welcoming!!!Only the manager is very friendly!!Long walking distance from metro station (Al Jadaff) with all around sands like in the desert.Limited TV channels and 95% in Arabic language.The water in the bathroom is very hot or very cold when you get shower

Property is nearby to hot spots of dubai. If you’re driving, most of the places is just 30 mins away. Dubai mall is just 10 minutes away. There’s supermarket nearby too. Staff was absolutely amazing too. Everything was fast in terms of request.

I stayed in one of the suites. Very nice size room and layout. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good. I did not have time to use the hotel’s swimming pool. The water pressure in the shower was very good. For the price I paid I thought the value was very good.

The bathroom did not have soap bars. It only had liquid soap dispensers for the sink and shower, which is a pet peeve of mine. Also, the bedside control panel for the room lights and window shades malfunctioned and I had to go around the room and press the switches at each light and pull the shades open/shut, but that was just a minor inconvenience. I wish that the pool had longer open hours.

The property is very clean and elegant, suitable for families, and the location in the middle of Dubai easy access to all areas, the room was spacious and very nice, mine was a suite and it was really big and it could accommodate 4 persons easy

There was a construction around the area, and most of the areas not paved, also there is no private parking to park your own car, they strictly allow only valet to take your car and park it, it is not convenient for someone who got private stuff in vehicle, in addition during our stay there was 2 basketball teams reside in the same hotel and they were very very noisy, the hotel should have separate them from other guests. Overall it was good stay

I had a great ten night 🌙 stay at Occidental Hotel & Resorts located strategically in Al Jaddaf ten minutes walk from Dubai Metro and 3 minutes walk from RTA bus stop that serves Gold Souk, Dubai Creek, Al Jaddaf marine station. I would like to send my compliments and appreciation for the great hospitality by Guest experience manager Chlristina Taboada & Fattah who made my stay very exceptional and with demonstrated high standards of customer service. I would also like to thank The Souk Restaurant who served the best international cuisine which was delicious also very helpful welcoming at Souk Restaurant by staff members Prakash , Roston, Charan, Magda and last but not least her friendliness Catherine thanks to all the happy team at Souk Restaurant.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a blend of positives and considerations. One notable positive is the hotel's excellent location, close to various attractions, and situated in a newly constructed area, providing spacious rooms. Moreover, I found the booking to be great value for money, especially when compared to other hotels in the city. Also, I want to commend Fattah, the individual who assisted us with our luggage. Fattah was exceptionally helpful, and his cheerful demeanor added a positive touch to our stay.

However, I must share some concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The curtains appeared dusty, likely due to ongoing construction work nearby. Additionally, the beddings, specifically the sheets and blankets, had a noticeable odor, suggesting that the room might not have been in use for a while.

First of all I loved the staff at reception. They were very friendly and super nice. Especially, a guy named Hazem and a girl named Buthaina. The breakfast was amazing. So many choices. And the environment of the restaurant was really nice.

Only two things: 1- there was some noice in the 11th floor like a drilling in the wall. The timing of the work was really bad for me. 2- I ordered a full sized king bed, but what I received is a two twin beds that’s been put next to each other with one sheet.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. All the staff very friendly, kind, welcoming, a special thank you belongs to the restaurant team who were all so very professional and kind finding out about my allergy for fish and seafood (it was during a dinner specially focused on fish and seafood), without any hesitation offered me many extra options and took immediate action. All in all, wonderful hotel, very nicely decorated, very spacious room, convenient location especially for exploring Downtown Dubai, very good food (both taste and selection). We also had premium access meaning during the day, we could grab some drinks, coffee and snacks, which was very nice as well, again with an amazing service, thank you and we hope to be back one day!
