Marriott Hotel, Al Jaddaf, Dubai

Excellent breakfast with great variety. Well equipped gymn. Nice pool area. Staff very helpful. We arrived at 6pm in the morning, checking-inn time is 3pm, the staff made every effort to find us a room immediately. This was highly appreciated. Shuttle service to Malls was efficient and on time.

Minor issue, greater attention to detail when servicing a room. Filling up soap dispensers. Adequate toilet paper. Enough towels for two guests. Double checking to see whether a room has been serviced.

I was supposed to check in at 15.00hrs... but my flight arrived 445hrs....I got at Marriott at 6.30am....I found a very nice gentleman called Kyrillos,he was very kind to me and sympathetic that I'm so tired. Offered me a drink first.....Offered me breakfast...I was amazed at that kind of reception. Then over breakfast he informed me he will have a room for me for early check-in at no extra cost.... During stay met Basu who was extremely helpful and a lady called Luiza. I can remember their names the 3 cos they were exceptional. Luiza kept checking out on me during the conference as I had mentioned I have a headache as she directed me to our conference room. I look forward to going back to Marriott Al jadaf again. I'm forgetting the name of a very nice guy at breakfast who kept my shawl for me,what amazed me is that he could remember my face and I couldn't remember I'd lost something. Staff are amazing,the hotel is very clean,the bed is very comfortable. The welcome note and package of fruits is just thrilling!

What made all my stay comfortable was the front desk employee - Richie. I might just return just because of her kind and attentive service.

room service food was meh, wasn't flavorful and sometimes nauseating

The staff is very friendly especially Mr. Atef & the room service team. They do their best to satisfy the clients. Any suggestion or feedback is considered seriously & action taken immediately. They allowed me to self park my car which I usually like, but not all the hotels provide this option.

I liked everything. But as a recommendations. I suggest to keep Bath robes in the rooms by default (provided when I requested) and air freshener in The common corridors

Room was acceptable for two adults and 2 kids Location of hotel was so good Reception service staff was friendly and supportive

Kitchen was below expectation The pool and the area around was below expectation (the area was mess and the flooring wasn't well cleaned) Room service was below expectations ( I had to wait more than 30 minutes to have my stuff delivered to the room)

Stayed here for three nights, very nice hotel with a number of high quality restaurants and bars. Good location, 10 minutes in a taxi from the World Trade Centre. I had a front facing room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, nice city scape. Roof top pool with a view, get there early enough and have it to yourself! Food was of a very good standard, buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, recommend the BNB sports bar, great service, nice atmosphere and good food.

I was given a different room than the one i booked in booking.com Later on they shifted me to the one i wanted. Though I requested a non-smoking room i was still able to smell the cigarette smell in the room and corridors (#443) The furniture is old, lot of scratches, doesn’t reflect Marriott chains standards and class Smell of the hotel was not nice

I stayed in Hotel for 5 days. What made me impressed about the hotel is high sense of values among the staff. Entire team of staff were very positive and hard working. They were always eager for assisting the guest. Very ideally located hotel. Very prompt room service

Room was good, bathroom a little bit strange layout, at breakefast a very rich choice of dishes and ingridients, location quite isolated but shttle to City center operated on time. Few routs go to the beach. Read the small print on shuttle timetable as return from Dubai Mall is only on Fridy and Saturday.

Far from Mtreo so traveling is dependent on shuttle/taxi. Room was only cleaned at requst (Blue Button near door). No re-supply of Body wash and Shampoo during 5 night stay. Shuttle not operating on Sunday evening (about 15 guest were waiting for it to arrive and the hotel duty manager did not know it is not operating on that evening).

location is good and the staff are excellent as they are very nice and responsive

The cleanliness of the room: it was not properly cleaned when I went into the first room and when I informed the front desk they moved me to another room. however it was not that clean either. there were stains and fingerprints on the doors and door frames and the furniture was not really clean. I also did not appreciate the policy of not allowing a guest to take food to go from the buffer when it’s included in the price of the room. My young daughter was with me on the trip and was shy to go down to the breakfast area alone for breakfast when I was in my full day meeting. therefore I had to order room service for her to the room while incurring an extra cost.
