S19 Hotel-Al Jaddaf

Everyone in the hotel is approachable and accommodating. Check in was smooth and easy. Food in the restaurant was good too!

The rate in booking site was different from the actual when I checked in and paid. I was shocked to pay a hundred dirham higher than what I saw and expected to pay from the booking site I saw.

Hotel is located very close to the metro station (5min walk). Reception staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and bathroom was well fitted. The restaurant is open 24hrs: very convenient after whole day of travelling. Swimming pool wasn't too big, although very clean and not crowded. Hotel is newly opened: furnished in the modern way. The place was generally quiet and calm.

The location is around 30 minutes with metro to Downtown Dubai (be ready to travel on metro quite often). The wifi signal was sometimes a bit weak, but managable.

The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, even I check in on high peak time of Christmas, The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided, including complimentary Wi-Fi and toiletries-however there are some issues faced of housekeeping especially vacuuming and refilling toiletries, but I can exceed my expectations. The breathtaking view from my window added to the overall experience. The front hotel view has some construction although the side view covers the business bay with harbor. You can see Burj Khalifa from the swimming pool. The staff at S19 Al Jaddaf were exceptional. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist. Special shoutout to Mr. Fehan at Reception for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the Metro and total 6-10 minutes’ drive to Burj Khalifa – The Frame- Wafi Mall – The museum etc etc. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained. Although the pool is considered small size however watchguard is available at all. I enjoyed a relaxing time at the spa within walking distance from the hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. The on-site dining options were top-notch. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I particularly enjoyed breakfast and BBQ dinner. There are serval restaurants and cafés available on walking distance including medical and grocery shop. While the cost was on the higher side, the overall experience justified the expense. I felt I received excellent value for my money. Without a doubt, I highly recommend S19 Al Jaddaf to fellow travelers, especially families. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed here 5 nights with my girlfriend and 2 in another hotel. What a waste of time those 2 nights were. Should’ve stayed the whole week here!!!! When we arrived everything was changed about Dubai. Lee was waiting for us at the reception, remember this name she is an exceptional lady. She managed early check in for us in a perfect room with beautiful view!!! (1007) We loved basically everything about this hotel it is very clean the bedsheet is changed every day and towels as well. Location is also perfect, very quiet and the al jadaff metro station is literally 3 mins walk. You have shops, pharmacy in walking distance. Also should try hot and taste cafe which is 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Not the fanciest place but the food is very tasty and also cheap! They have a pool on first floor where you can see even the Burj khalifa. We met Sajid only the last day at reception when we were leaving he seemed also a very nice guy. I asked the staff members why there is only a few reviews about this hotel. The reason is that this is still a new hotel! So do not have any doubts you will not regret if you book here! Overall I cannot mention any cons only pros. Thank you very much for the whole staff to make our stay perfect after our first 2 nights in another hotel as I mentioned it changed our whole holiday! We would return anytime.

Room television can be updated

The bed and the pillows were comfy. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly. I got a 15% discount for the food, the menu was diverse and had very affordable prices.

The kitchen was supposed to be open 24 hours and I didn’t like the fact that I tried to order something to eat late at night, I was told that the kitchen was closed for deep cleaning. When I tried to order breakfast the next day sent to my room as I didnt have the time to go downstairs, I was discouraged as if they didnt want to send it to the room.

The location was great as it had quick access to the Al Jadaf metro station. Staff was friendly and a special mention to Kavishka at the reception, who was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. She greeted the customers with a very warm smile at all times and was very helpful in managing any queries or support we needed.

The shower area in the washroom has the tendency of water seeping out to the rest of the washroom making it all wet. Maybe this could be checked and rectified.

Great hotel. 1) 12 minutes drive from the airport and only 15 minutes drive to Dubai mall & Burj Khalifa. 2) The metro is very close, 3 minutes walk. 3) Quite, cleam and comfortable rooms, felt specious. 4) supermarket and pharmacy next to the hotel. 5) The staff was pleasant and polite. Overall, I feel like it was a great value for the price and I enjoyed my stay there. Thank you!

Only two things: 1) The windows were dusty from the outside so couldn't enjoy the view much. 2) The shower was leaking - shower doors could not be hermetically closed so ended up with water on the floor after each shower. It didn't disturb much because thanks to the daily room service, it was cleaned properly and they provided enough towels.

Rooms were very clean and modern, the hotel itstelf is a little aside from main part of city, but comunnication is very easy, and being near the airport was for us better. The breakfest was very good, the pool is small, but located to the sun, so there is a perfect conditions to cool down in a wanter. They have also small gym, but the most important was excellent service. They are very pro and kind, especially Syed (I hope that i spelled it right). If we ever come back to Dubai, we for sure won’t be searching another accomodation :)

I stayed in this Hotel for 4 nights from 19th Feb to 24th Feb 2024. Just to attend for the Gulfood exhibition. I really can recommend this Hotel as best and convenient place to stay for Gulfood attendees. Further the staff is very kind and supportive. I must most appreciate the service rendered by front desk staff Ms.Kavishka which is excellent.
