Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel

Brand new, great location for families, near by services like laundry, supermarket and pharmacy. Big rooms, nice bathrooms. Loved the Italian restaurant, also pool area is great. Friendly staff.

Cleanliness, when we checked in room was not cleaned well, hair and popcorn was over all the place. Also during my stay the staff didn’t clean properly, always there was hair in bathroom and shower area. Hotel corridors were dirty as well, during my 5 nights stay they were never vacuumed. Hotel should focus on this specially its new.

I had an allergy, and at 10 p.m. I called the reception to ask for help. I just needed to buy a pill that would help with my penuts allergy. In response, guy at reception told me that they could connect me with a doctor who would consult me, and it would cost money. I got dressed, left the hotel, and found a pharmacy 200 meters away from the hotel that operates 24/7. I bought the pills there. It turns out that the hotel staff didn't know that there is a pharmacy 200 meters from the hotel where I could buy or order these pills

Breakfast and furniture and the overall place

Some off the staff was rude the customer service hanged on my wife face and the room dinning guy gave me the impression that i would steal the food

Hotel's staff is professional and kindly. It was very clean and staff was so hygienic. The breakfast was excellent. The room was disinfected and cleaned under the rules of Rotana Safe Space program that give passengers a peace of mind.

The hotels location is not great for tourists but for me was very nice.

This hotel is incredible! Walking in you are treated like royalty from the moment you check-in to when you leave. The staff was absolutely incredible, so welcoming and so helpful. If you have any issues whatsoever, they will make sure you are well taken care of. The manager is incredible and insures that you have the most amazing experience and customer service at all times. I absolutely have no complaints whatsoever. The rooms were stunning and huge! We had the smallest room as the manager explained yet this was by far the most beautiful room I have ever stayed it, it's enormous! Beautiful walk-in closet. The large, elegant, luxurious bathtub and shower makes you just want to relax and unwind. I can go on forever about how amazing this hotel is, you just have to see for yourself.

Lights control from touch buttons could be tricky Coffee mugs are small at the breakfast restaurant Busy Valet at times At the pool Lifeguard didn't allow my kid to jump into my arms from close distance. I understand no diving but playful jump is fun
