Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf

Hassle free budget hotel, has whats needed, clean and well maintained. Staff knowledgable and friendly. Location is good for metro. A bit of a walk so maybe not so family friendly but otherwise ok. Very close to airport!

WiFi was horrible. Laggy and dropped off a lot. Give benefit of a doubt, maybe because of full occupancy, but made it hard to work. Room: Some room fittings were coming off. TV wasn't working properly. Scan to order for room service didnt work (probably because of the awful wifi). Restaurants overpriced for a budget hotel.

Could have put 1 litre bottles in the room. We go out and bought one bottle for AED 7. Later a local told us that you can buy a crate of 12 for less than AED 10.

Great hotel, staff all excellent, bar, restaurant staff exceptional very friendly and helpful, location good for most attractions in dubai, reasonable area. Rooms good size, good facilities all you need for a stay. Reasonable price with discount for drinks/food in the bar/restaurant.

Dubai is very spread out, taxis are good can be bit expensive on some trips. Metro station Al Jaddaf walking distance but can be bit slow getting around.

The staffs are so attentive with our request 24hrs a day and even checked on us if we need anything else for our stay. The rooms are clean and new. The WiFi is automatically available even when we haven't checked in. The parking lot is adequate and safe.

I just wished the pool area is open longer during the night.

Room was so so small for a family of 4 people, in photos it seems larger specially when you have 2 kids 12 years and 10 years , its capacity max. For family of 3. Location not bad, quite area Hotel is very clean also pool is clean. Staff is so nice specially Marciel in main restaurant, excellent server as she took care specially of my son as he got allergy from nuts, she made sure always that the served breakfast food got no traces of nuts. Also in reception a lady called Hagar she helped us a lot. Bathroom got no ventilation or small fan to suck hot air. Last but not least, regarding the breakfast I think menu need to be changed to include more items and varieties for example more cold cuts, more types of cheese, fruits must be more fresh for example watermelon was not always fresh also include more bread types apart from Arabic bread or toast.

I was here with my family 2 adults and 2 kids (4 and 5 years old). They were really flexible and helpfull. Our flight arrived in the early morning (at 3 AM) but they let us have the room sooner so we could sleep a little before the breakfast. Breakfast was just great, they have everything what you need, everything is fresh and quality product. Room was clean and silent, bed was comfortable. Pool was also great the kids really enjoyed it. Location is also good you can reach the metro/subway station in 2-4 mins by walking. They helped us organize a taxi back to the airport makin our stay and travel even better and smoother. 10/10

Amazing breakfast.

Upon booking (non-refundable) I was asked for credit card details, but property didn't want to charge out my card expecting payment on-site, so it took almost an hour to finalize the on-line payment! I was met in room by baby cockroach.

Excelent hotel: close to green metro line, plenty of non-stop shops to buy anything you want (one is two steps away from the entrance). Room is big, new, clean, good beds. Hotel is quiet. Excellent value for money. Pool is clean (they make tests of the water several times a day). Staff is really nice and polite. There is no fancy infinity pool, but it’s quite large and the water is so warm, so perfect for swimming and relaxing. We stayed at this hotel end of April and we found the warmest water ever experienced in an outdoor pool and that was wonderful. Usally the water of outdoor pool in other hotels, in other countries is freezing cold, but this one was perfect.
