The place and location were great and quiet. The staff are good and they would greet you well. The WiFi was really good.

The way to the basement parking was so tiny, especially for a 4WD car like mine. The parking car scan is very close to the barrier, meaning that you will have to leave the car to open the basement barrier. Towels were really really old - we had to leave and buy new ones. Otherwise, all is ok.

The size of the studio was very good, easy & fast check in-out, the way they served the breakfast at the room doorstep, the location, simplicity, I didn't have the time to use the pool & the Gym but it is available. very good value for money.

The bathroom tub should be enclosed so water doesn't come out, the washing basin water tap is so short & inconvenient.

The location of Suha park is amazing being only 100 metres or so from Al Jaddaf metro station which helped until I secured a car. Once a car was secured the free parkin facilities are great. I'm staying in a one bedroom apartment and the space is great and apartment is clean and serviced well by house keeping. The pool and gym facilities are great here with the additional benefit of a sauna and steam room (although steam room has been broken for quite some time now). All staff are amazing here and particular mention to Eliza and Mohamed who supported me in some difficulties I faced when coming to extend my stay here, both were understanding and went out of their way to accommodate me as best as possible.

Only thing I can fault is at the start of my stay here on one occasion I think the chlorine levels in the pool were slightly too high and as a result my face got burnt and my skin was very dry and peeling for a couple of days which was rather uncomfortable. Subsequent visits to the pool have all been fine though.

Perfect location with 2-3 minutes walk to the metro station. Necessary amenities, super markets etc at a walking distance. What made the stay so special is the behaviour of the staffs and the amazing hospitality they offered right from the check in. Ms May, Mr Dilip, Mr Zeeshan were exceptional and did their best to make me feel comfortable and at home. I am sure the other staffs too will have the same traits though my interactions were limited to the above three. May, Dilip and Zeeshan did all to ensure a perfect customer service, thet set a very good example and are certainly an asset to the property (Suha Park Luxuary Apartments). Would definitely book again during my next visit. Thank you.

Nothing that I did not like.

I have been living in a standard studio flat for over a month now. What I particularly like about the studio flat is that it feels spacious and is very bright. The kitchen area is well equipped and does not feel intrusive thanks to a well thought lay-out. The level of furnishing is to an excellent standard and is very functional. I've found the bed/mattress to be very comfortable and the lighting in the flat very effective. An important point is how clean the hotel is. There is a nice clean and fresh smell. Housekeeping is done consistently well. It only takes a 5 min walk from the hotel to the metro station and there is a W-MART supermarket next to it. Last but not least, the experience delivered by the Hotel to its guests is largely dependent on its staff. The Hotel Team has been so far wonderful and very diligent. I would like to thank in particular Eliza, Hope and Ziishan. Well done to all the Suha Team!

While the bathroom and balcony can feel a little bit small, it is largely compensated by the fact that the studio ticks most of the boxes to allow for a very pleasant/relaxing living space.

This hotel apartment lives up to it's name being luxurious! From the upholsteries and apartment's appliances to the design of the room. Luxury indeed. Room is very spacious and spotless! Very near to metro station and grocery store nearby has delivery. Also, kudos to Mr. Mohammad who has been very accommodating. Will definitely go back.

There was one lady staff (not sure if she's the manager on duty) who I felt snob though. I smiled at her and she didn't smiled back. We were waiting in the lobby and she passed by many times and didn't even care to greet. But still, great hotel experience and will definitely come back!

We stayed at Suha Park multiple times through June and July, so this review is covering all of them. Location is great, a very short walk from Jadaf Metro. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped enough to actually cook well. They even provide dish soap and a sponge. The washing machine, with a clothes rack and balcony to dry everything is super useful. The room is clean and spacious. A few staff in particular made our stay's enjoyable. The last time we visited Michel and Eliza were ready for our arrival with all paperwork pre prepared and they even checked us in early which was greatly appreciated. Also a special mention to Youcef for a speedy check out, and when I requested an invoice by email after we stayed it was promptly provided. The pool while small, is a great temperature. There is a supermarket close by. A nice view of Burj Khalifa in the distance made me happy.

The last time we stayed we had a queen bed but was 2 singles pushed together which was a little uncomfortable, though we didn't notice this any other time we stayed. Just from a comfort perspective there is only 1 pillow per person which isn't so comfy for watching TV in bed. Periodically the TV channels were not working properly, but we have noticed this in other hotels too.

Impeccable way of welcoming from the staff, shout out to May at the reception—very prompt response whenever you call the front desk. The room was very spacious and ideal for an extended even short stay since the kitchen is fully equipped. Accessible to Metro and the value for money will be worth every penny.

I just had a slight issue with the parking access for in-house guests. I suggest that their barrier should have an intercom connected to the concierge or front desk and they can ask for a reservation number enable to provide access to the parking lot. Otherwise, you need to make a turn again and be careful not to miss the service road or you'll go back the make a turn once again.

1- the cleanliness of the entire Building, The cleanliness of the rooms and too quality hygiene standards. 2- extremely well facilitated with all quality kitchen equipments from BOSCH 3- very helpful staff . Ms. Anastasia from the front desk was polite and helpful in terms of providing balcony room and late checkout. 4- VISITORS ARE ALLOWED FROM 12pm to 12am —- such a great place , definitely deserves more than the current rating

We really liked the location, which was close to the Al Jaddaf metro station. The area was peaceful and friendly, with a sense of 'local' and being 'at home' - although there were construction projects going on due to the ongoing Expansion of Dubai. The hotel receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The room had a lot of storage space and good lighting. The air conditioning worked well. We also enjoyed the little swimming pool on the roof terrace, with great views. The kitchen was well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. The breakfasts were tasty and varied. The weather was great too, to escape cold winter days in the UK. Everything, from inside to outside was dazzlingly clean and beautiful. No litter on the streets and pretty greenery with flowers, lawns and trees. We loved looking out of the big windows and from the balcony of our room at 'downtown' Dubai with the Burj Khalifa shooting up into the sky.

As the room has a kitchen area, it would have been nice to have had a table to eat at, or a proper breakfast bar. There would have been plenty of room for a table and chairs, as the space was so big. Also, as is the case for many hotels I have stayed at, two comfortable chairs for a double room would have been ideal! Also, a paucity of hangers for our clothes was problematic. A clothes horse would have been useful for drying our clothes, as the small line in the bathroom did not hold much and the bathroom didn't
