Grand Kingsgate Waterfront Hotel by Millennium

Its located in a nice location next to a canal quiet and pleasant. The staff is very nice and friendly especially Bobby at the front desk who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was nice and the room overlooked a beautiful view

There were not alot of food options in the area everything was super expensive. For dinner, the restaurant in the hotel was not great. the decor in the room is very minimal and it could be warmer

The pool is too deep, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. Moreover, there are very few restaurants nearby, and it takes a 20-minute walk to reach the metro if needed. Additionally, they charge an extra half-day price for extending the check-out time by 3 hours, even though while checking in, we had already paid the full amount for the day. We couldn't stay as we had to check in early in the morning, which should have been considered as part of the next day's stay.

It was new and clean. Breakfast was good enough. Staff were so helpful and kind. Pool was acceptable and gym is small but with new equipments

The access to location was really complicated and they should install some sign in streets around or correct their location on google map to make the access possible through online map directions.

The 1st impression was not good action but then we have an issue with the room that is not properly clear but we spoke with one manager his name is Anas he was very professional and he fixed our issue and he make our 1 night Stay better.

the check in time when the man in the reception he was doing the check in for us there is one tall Indian with the glasses Look like manager he was interfbring when the guy he was doing for us the check in and when I asked him what's your name rudely he didn't mention his name and he walked away.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Check-in staff most helpful. Good location next to Dubai Creek to walk. Easy to access by car. Walking distance to metro if needed. Accommodation was good value. Gym could do with some better equipment.

Restaurant was very bad. Took the order and said it would take 15mins, after 25mins came back and said they don't have the ingredients and I need to order something else. Drinks also very over priced for such a hotel.

If a good night's sleep is what you're after, then this quiet neighborhood with a touch of a Cultural vibe is for you. One should not expect all-night partying in this area. Though the hotels' names can be confusing especially getting there, even for food delivery, the trick is to mention the full name 😁. The room is superb, the bed is so comfy, though.. the TV only has 1 English movie channel and the rest are Arabic and 1 Hindi, so it would be best if the screen mirroring will work next time especially if we want to watch movies from our phone (Netflix!). The pool is so pefect for laps. And best of all, the friendly staff Ms. Jue, Ms. Maria, and the 2 guys in the restaurant (sorry didn't get your names) are so warm and accommodating. Totally love this place!!!

I loved everything about this hotel. Mariah, is so professional and helpful. Got me checked into my room in a timely fashion. Bobby is so good at his job, such a sweetheart. The Indian guy that helps with luggage, the kitchen managers I love them so much. Who is the chef OMG they can cook. But most importantly Abraham aka "the shisha lord" he is the BEST. Such a good host 🥰. He's so funny and kept a smile on my face. I truly miss him 😑

I truly have no complaints except that I wish I could stay a little longer. I also would advise they put leg weights in the gym for those of us that like toned up legs. I loved the gym too 😉

very comfortable, designed to facilitate meeting and connecting with people. Management and staff are extremely helpful and very personable, while maintaining an impressive level of professionalism. The restaurants in all the Kinsgate Hotels offer very good food as well - delicious hamburgers, cooked to perfection, never dry. The pizzas and pastas, Chinese and Indian offerings are equally well prepared.

Nothing no not like

The location and cleanliness of the hotel. The facility is in quiet environment with the beautiful waterfront behind ideal for family and anyone who wants to rest and recuperate. Walkable distance to Al Jadaf metro station. The area of the waterfront behind can be used for exercise especially jogging.

The gym needs some improvement. The thread mile was not working well and the hotel has limited gym equipment. There was no provision of swimming pool for children, unfortunately my two boys like swimming and they missed it at the hotel
