Palazzo Versace Dubai

From the beginning we had a very nice welcome and we checked in very promptly. We were asssisted at the reception by Adam who is very professional and dedicated . You can feel that he is doing his very best off to assist you in any concern in a very proactive way., he is attentive to the guest needs and try to anticipate to deliver the best customer service Manager in charge that day was very helpfull and reactive to the concerned raised to him and he tried the recover them the best he could and it was very much appreciated

Baths towels were dirty which let you doubt about the rest. They are supposed to be checked before handing the room over to he customer. Noisy environment to sleep properly and nicelly to be relaxed and rested. Nice breackfeat but shamely not know what Benedicts eggs are and tehy are greedy when serving the portion you have to ask for a bit more and the chef kept rolling eyes to express the fact he is not happy. Last but not leat unacceptable for any reason of the world ,in 2023 in Dubai in a 5tars hotel not to have internet connection means tv screen useless as well.

A great location, close to the centre unlike the hotels on the palm, which gives you many options for eating out. Superb facilities, loved the 3 swimming pools dedicated to different needs and ages. Vanitas restaurant was top, Enigma was tad too exotic for our tastes. Absolutely recommend the executive lounge, fantastic high tea with much nicer coffee than the one served at breakfast. Also, I must mention that the staff at the executive lounge was extremely polite and very welcoming, they always made us feel very welcome and nothing was trouble for them. Francis and his colleagues were all fantastic. As a matter of fact, we can’t say anything negative about the staff at the hotel. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. We stayed in the suite and it was very spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family. We will certainly be back!

There was loud music from some sort of outside entertainment belonging to the hotel going well into the night and always past midnight. I was lucky not be too bothered by it as I sleep with ear plugs anyway, however, you can clearly hear it without them. The hotel is full of status obsessed people that like to show off so you may or may not find it amusing. To sum it up - the hotel is tastefully decorated unlike some of the guests.

The hotel exceeded all expectations and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Facilities were great with 4 restaurants, three pools, a gym and a spa. Everything was of the highest quality and spotless!

For us, the location was great as it was near to the airport and tennis championship stadium. For anyone wanting to explore the marina and other central areas, it’s about a half an hour drive. The WiFi was good except watsapp audio and video calls couldn’t connect. Last minor point, was our booking was half board (two meals a day included) but water wasn’t included in meals which was a little odd but everything was delicious and outweighed the water payments!

It was an amazing experience there for my proposal engagement which was all set up by the team at Palazza Versace. Just to mention a few but a special thanks to Mohamed Nabil (operations manager), Mahmoud and Abi (at the front desk) several other personnel as well .. for helping me set up everything at the last minute before we arrived on a plane from Thailand. My fiancé was overwhelmed with excitement and surprised from all this .. thank you for the beautiful room set up with flowers and cake. However what was most important was the availability of the piano downstairs near the conference room as I planned to sing and play piano for my marriage proposal there. thank you to Abi for making sure time was allotted for me sing from 6-7p.. thank you for making this happen..from the bottom of our hearts .. staff made it really special for us.. sincerely yours, ~ Mark Anasco & Quennie Nicolasura Anasco

The room facilities; bed linen and comfort, lighting, AC, curtain controllers are reachable, and easy to operate. The reception area is very comfortable and well equipped.

The room not as spacious as expected. e.g. the passage to the bath room is a bit tight, particularly when the wardrobe doors are open. To reach or leave the hotel location is somehow difficult. The breakfast was not included in my reservation, however, I opted to try its buffet, unfortunately, it was not as expected compared to the charged cost!! I could not sleep well in my second night of my stay, due to loud music of what it seems a private event that continued until late night. It could have been better if the guests are pre-informed.

I usually come to this hotel to enjoy the pool and the food served there. I really recommend this place for the summer. Make sure you sit on the chairs next to the bar, as the sun usually will go away from the other side of the pool

There are parking spots on the front door. I remember parking my car and a guy from the front door approached me and asked me to park it away, and I told him that I'm get something from upstairs quickly. I don't know, but probably because my car was not that nice. Front door cars were luxurious!!

Everything about this hotel was amazing and the decor is simply beautiful from the lobby through to every room and poolside. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and I don't think my stay would have been the same without them Madhu, Andriya, Zainabu, Kartik, Sana, Avery, Akram, Sandeep, Himanshu, Elizabeth, Kadry, Chef Prince - all of these and more I may have missed may my stay simply perfect and some of them I feel have become my friends because they made me feel so welcome and really looked after me. Thank you to this amazing team and professionalism this hotel has to offer. First class service and I am a huge fan of Versace and this hotel should be proud to carry the name so well.

Everything was perfect, so I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like.

I have been attending and staying at Palazzo Versace in Dubai for many years now, my last stay was wonderful as always, I would like to specify my review by describing my experience first of all to thank all the Pool staff La Piscina and its Manager Mr Mohamed who has always took care of us, exceptional person of the highest professional profile, to the Great Executive Chef Luca, David, Piergiulio of Vanitas, to the drivers, to Mr Maurice of the Concierge,to the excellent laundry service, to room service, to Mr Subham who has always made we find an impeccable room and fresh flowers, to all the staff of Mosaico and La Vita Bar, the list would be too long to mention all the people I have the privilege of knowing in this hotel and who make everything so exceptional, I only frequent luxury hotels and have visited several in dubai and can honestly say many should learn from Palazzo Versace in regards to the true luxury experience being offered to a client,for me Palazzo Versace remains the best hotel in the world perfect all round absolute landmark of luxury and lifestyle,for this I congratulate the management who have been able to create a staff of this level with a unique and unforgettable experience see you soon Daniele
