Nice location Calm atmosphere Accessible to all places around Courteous staff Clean and perfect rooms.

No bathroom doors. Bed not softer. But these are minor issues

Pool is great. Spaciousness of rooms and bathroom. Helpful staff all round, from lifeguards to reception staff and porters. Proximity to Mall to buy food / grocery / any incidentals. Cafe on site served nice coffee. Air quality seemed good (tested it) in room, even though it seemed a unified / through hotel air con system which I originally doubted. Had water front view room and amazing night view / skyline.

More the behaviour in the pool area. Some patrons seen spitting. Lifeguard was straight on to it though. Sometimes patrons cannot swim a straight line or children being “taught” to swim by parents & going way off kilter/ colliding with other swimmers. Another lane rope might help that? Some features of hotel are getting a little old - I stayed here for a conference week in 2013, and notice a few things in room need maintenance ie. bathroom amenities

We were updated to intercontinental hotel. The room is big and clean The service is very good The staff especially House keeper usman are very kind. The breakfast has variety of food.

The main problem is that in the toilet there is not any toilet trigger spray. Usually in middle eastern countries we use thw spray. Please add it to the toilet accessories.

close to the airport, pool is fantastic and you can share the pool from the intercontinental side. Outdoor Jacuzzi is good. Pool staff are good too. Breakfast staff are all nice and accommodating. Gave my 11 year old a free additional bed.

Transport links are not great. However you can get a boat from outside the mall to the Creek metro station and get around Dubai. Get a grey silver Nol card. You can use Uber as well.

The location is excellent as it is near the airport and connected by a very big mall. The breakfast menu and location were in itself an excellent experience. The staff were very kind and nice. Sure I will stay again in this Hotel.

The car parking was not under the building. You need to park your car and go out from the parking area towards the hotel.

The best thing about the hotel is the exquisit service of the whole staff. They are a hardworking staff, breakfast, reception, concierge, lifeguard, housekeeping. We really appreciated you all during our stay, thank you so much for helping us with everything and making us feel welcome! (They deserve so much more!) we will come back, the breakfast was good, enough choices but not too much. Dubai mall is 15 min drive, marina about 30min. Festival city mall is a indoor walkthrough 5 minutes!

And the rooms interior could be more modern in my opinion. Pools were on the small size, but when we were there it was not that crowded. An air refreshner would be great aswell in the room, because we couldn’t open the windows for fresh air.

Great Hotel, for the location next to the Mall and facilities. The staff were very polite and helpful and check-in was handled really well, especially as we were late arriving. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the Breakfast has amply variety and is recommended. Can't rate it highly enough.

I am super graterful to Crowne Plaza, Festival City for so generous and making us feel special during our stay. We were there for a special event and they definitely went above and beyond with the surprises in our room. A big thank you!!!!

It was a 10 OUT OF 10 experience. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was just Perfect blind of everything you wish. The room exceeded my expectations with the upgrade they gave me.

Couldn't deliver the Talabat order to my room.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. All the staff were wonderful. I would like to acknowledge the following amazing staff and overall kind hearted human beings. There is Jony, Jude & Nimal from the poolside bar. Their service is excellent, everyday when I went to the pool, they exceeded my expectations. Always had a lovely assured chat with them and they made all the guests at the bar feel great. They deserve a promotion. I would also like to acknowledge Vincent and Ayu for the morning breakfast. Ayu was always happy to see my daughter & I every morning, she always greets us with so much joy which made us feel welcome. Vincent was exceptional too, he was amazing during breakfast catering to every guest needs' always doing a check back by asking if you needed anything else. Overall, the receptionists were always attentive and always helpful. Indrani sent a lovely cake to my room for my daughter's birthday which was such a happy experience. The facilities at the hotel were all amazing, great views. There is a mall joined within the hotel, where there are nice restaurant and at night there is a fountain show which was so endearing. Crown plaza definitely is a 5* hotel. There is absolutely nothing that didn't meet its expectations and beyond. I am a regular traveller and to find a hotel which I can make my home is just perfect. Well done to all the staff at this hotel. You were all exceptional.
