Nice hotel and good location
We had a pretty humiliating experience when checking out. The receptionist told us to stay in the lobby so her colleague could check we didn’t take something from the minibar without paying for it. It was a very weird request and she made us sit there for 15 minutes without even letting us know we can leave. Also, when we asked to order a taxi for us with a fix price, we discovered later that they charged us more than the usual price (400 instead of 330).

First impressions make lasting impressions. The staff on arrival and through out the stay were great. Friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well appointed with spacious rooms. The restaurants and food on offer was exceptional.
Shame they were renovating the swimming pool and they did let me know there were options to travel to a nearby location if i did indeed want to go in a swimming pool but as a busy work trip i didnt really have time to travel to a pool elsewhere. This would not stop me visiting again as lets be honest- everythign needs updating eventually.

It’s my favorite hotel specially for Work visits to Dubai such GITEX and when I visit with family as the one & two bedrooms options are great and very comfortable. The location is fantastic and have a fabulous view to Khalifa tower and in spite the hotel is a bit old but still very comfy and luxurious. Many thanks for Mahmood from the reception for his professional and welcoming attitude, he definitely makes my week stay a great one.
The hotel rooms and facilities needs revamping to meet todays need and standards however the current still very good compared with the cost

Hotel is literally 15 minutes from the airport, so after a long flight it was nice to get there quickly. Check in was smooth and fairly quick. We booked a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and had a view of the burj khalifa. The apartment had all the necessities should you wish to cook, stove, pots, pans, microwave, utensils, fridge etc. The Hotel also has several restaurants all offering in room dining too, many of the in room dining is 24/7 which is helpful if you don’t want to venture out to eat. They also offer a shuttle bus to the Dubai mall and pick up at several times for Free. A lovely stay if you are in Dubai.

Rooms are a bit old and outdated . The gold package did not include cocktails as advertised and paid for , just be aware it is now a dry hotel which is fine but nobody mentioned that on booking !
