Royal Ascot Hotel

Hello. My wife and I arrived at the hotel on February 4, 2024. I presented myself to hotel information. I told him that I had booked a super deluxe room. The information officer told me that we did not have a room. They sent us to a second hotel, about 2 km away from them, in the hotel car, and we were tired. The second day, i.e., day 5/ 2/2024 at 11 am, a car arrived and took us to the Royal Hotel. We took a room and settled down, and on the fourth day while we were in the room, the curtains in the room were unusual and wanted to fall. I told the information services and a person came from the hotel and said I will treat it tomorrow. Secondly, he waited until 10 am and he did not come. I told the services and they did not do anything, and then the curtains with the wooden frame fell to the ground. If we had Sitting on chairs, we would have been among the dead or wounded. The hotel manager came and apologized and provided justifications. My wife and I left the hotel to go shopping, and after that we returned and they fixed the curtains.... The manager said, “We will change the room for you.” They brought a plate of fruits and wanted to please us... As for the morning breakfast, it was as if those staying at the hotel in one of the cities of India had never seen the morning breakfast in my life, nor did I break my fast with it.... Loud music sounds at night until 3 am. This is not right... I wanted to respond to your consideration, and this is considered a complaint from me, and I am someone who always books through your site. Thank you...

All staff at the Royal Ascot were really friendly and helpful. The room was really spacious and was at a good location, just 10 mins walk to either the metro station or to the meena bazaar.

I Stayed for one week ,and for sure i will choose it again next time i am in Dubai .The hotel is clean and tidy , the staff is so friendly and try to make your stay comfortable . Very nice friendly staff , Peter , Remant ,Faizal ,Afreen ,suerizel and Sindhiya in the reception all are so helpful , all are doing their jobs Perfectly, they made me feel that I am VIP House keeping also was perfect thanks to Poshtraj. Although the hotel in a good location and the room was spacious but what I loved the most in the hotel was the friendly polit professional staff. Thank you all.

Nothing the hotel is worth the money

I particularly liked the warm and hospitable service provided by the hotel staff. A special mention to Sindhiya who was tremendously helpful and friendly in providing assistance when needed at any point in time. Other mentions to Akram, Adnan, and Mohit who were really of great help and very friendly and hospitable staff members and very pleasant in their communication. All of these staff members were exceptionally friendly, helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable and we always remained happy with all the hotel's services. And what stood out to me was how willing these members were to assist at any point in time and were willing to go the extra mile. The room itself was a very pleasant experience also as it was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

There was nothing in particular that we didn't like.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Ascot Hotel, and I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly special. To our delight, the hotel graciously upgraded us to a stunning suite room, despite our initial booking for a deluxe room. This unexpected surprise added an extra layer of luxury and comfort to our stay. The suite exceeded our expectations in every aspect, from its elegant furnishings to the enchanting ambiance that enveloped us as soon as we stepped inside. The attention to detail in the room was impeccable. The tasteful decor, the plush bedding, and the carefully chosen amenities all contributed to a truly indulgent experience. The suite was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff ensured that it remained so throughout our stay. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the concierge, everyone went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Sindhiya for her friendly demeanor and attentiveness made us feel like valued guests.❤️

everything s from the start went well , from sahil at the desk of the desk very warm welcome did explain everything s about the hotel and the service i will be expecting , great customers skills , very friendly , very attentive to details , the water from the room service was delivered in quick timing , sahil from the desk was always asking me about the service from the hotel and if i need anything , i did not want to ask him for more really , fantastic service already was there , breakfast was lots variety in and delicious food , great people in the room service also , i will highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting dubai for the great service , sahil its the man to look out for there , you will not be disappointed , also i want to thank ms sindhiya for the welcome letter that she found the time to put it in my door , great people , this is my experience in this excellent hotel for my short stay there and i will be returning there for my next visit to dubai

We had really enjoyed our stay at Royal Ascot Hotel. Special Thanks to Ms. Sindhiya. Every day morning she called up us & understand our stay experience & full filled all our requirement. The Hotel is Centrally Located & easily reachable. Its a home away from home for us. Rooms were specious & equipped with all essential amenities . Hospitality is at par excellence. I highly recommend this property to all those who wish to have a luxurious stay In Dubai. Once again Thanks to Ms. Sindhiya & all the best to Team Royal Ascot.

Have previously been to dubai and stayed in this hotel, decided to choose the same hotel again. The Room is beautiful and location is amazing with Meena Bazaar being close and attractions are just 15-20mins drive away. Breakfast was delicious with the buffet table and different dishes.

The receptionist at the pool / spa was abit rude and cold as if she was unhappy that we were there asking her questons.
