Clean and cozy. Room designs are different(i stayed in a junior suite).

Reception Staff were very slow in attending the customers and most of them were not happy about it.

the kindness of the people: I have to thank you Me Jerome at the concierge for the first tips on Dubai, the chef at breakfast and the all staff, the Indian chef for the Indian cuisine at one of the hotel’s restaurants, at the reception the manager and Mrs Felicia. The cleanness was amazing.

maybe the swimming pool is not very big but it has a very nice view and comfortable sunchairs

I am a clean freak and this place was spotless! I loved how clean they are! I got sick on my stay, the staff were very nice and friendly when they knew I wasn't feeling well. Thank you for that.

Only downside was the location, it was a bit further away from the centre.

Value for money, facilities, cleanliness and the service provided by the staff. A holiday planning company sitting next to the reception helped us to book tickets and planned our days. The person at the holiday company her name is Leen who was wonderful.. Overall the staffs in reception, restaurants, cleaners were amazing and the room service was excellent.

Distance to the metro station (train) is 20 minutes walk but taxis are cheap. It is a 7-floor hotel with the sixth-floor rooms for smokers. Initially the first day I smelled cigarettes on my floor. I was staying on the third floor however, I never smelled that from the second day until I left.

Hotel and room is very clean. Manager is very professional and very helpful. For the price of the hotel the standards are very good. Location is very accessible to wherever you have to go as long as you take a cab. I mean to travel Dubai cab is best.

I noticed that if your suite is in the higher floor; you might get concerned about the music coming from the bar in the rooftop. It can get loud at night. As for us it did not bother us but for those customers who might be too sensitive it could be an issue.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and all questions and requests were quickly resolved. The hotel inside is beautiful, everything is available on site for a wonderful vacation - spa, beauty salon, souvenir shop, lounge, night club and gym. It is worth mentioning that the bed was very comfortable and a good sleep was guaranteed. Bonus - grocery store and shopping streets within walking distance. The breakfast is rich, the menu of the buffet restaurant changes - something new every day. I dare to recommend and will gladly visit You again! Best wishes from Estonia.

During the week that I was there, I had to renew the check-in card several times in order to open the doors.

no enough parking

the rooms sizes were generous- superior rooms are 43 sq mtr, and executive rooms are 48 sq mtr. we could easily fit our daughter’s extra rollaway, and the walk-in/tub bath and bathroom was also large. we also got upgraded to an executive room. The best part of the hotel is their exceptional staff. A special shout-out to Anish & Salman at front desk, Mr Aziz at reservations, Mr Balraj at the entrance desk. They were all friendly, warm and very hospitable. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable!

The hotel has a seedy dance bar inside, which my wife and daughter walked into. Has scantily dreased women dancing and men leering at them.

Very good room in a luxury hotel. Exceptional value for money in a city like Dubai. General staff kind and polite driven by a high quality manager. Hotel location not exceptional but worth for the price. Very High quality breakfast and bed.

Basically three things: 1) The bath tube was marked at our arrival. Anyway the rest of the room was clean; 2) The hairdryer was broken and in spite of our unique notice no one came to substitute it; 3) Less importantly, we were asked to charge a card pre-authorization of 2100 AED as deposit. No pre-notice was given prior of our stay.
