The service from the moment I checked in to checking out the hotel went above and beyond. I highly recommend you This 5 star hotel. The manager and cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating

The selection of breakfast could be varied slightly more to accommodate, however the food was fresh everyday and replenished well

The Japanese restaurant was great, delicious cocktails at the Hudson. Thanks Tony, I’ll never forget the Tennessee Liplock cocktail! Well equipped gym with great view. The housekeeping staff were super friendly & efficient.

The breakfast was very good, tasty with many varieties The staff for housekeeping was very nice he made nice decorations with towels. I think his name is Gurjeet.

Bathroom is not equipped with tooth brush and paste, you have to order it from housekeeping. As well as the iron and ironing board.

The room is very nice and beds are comfortable. Very good cosmetic in the bathroom. The staff is very kindly and helpful.

Would be good to have a bath towel on the balcony’s lounge chair.

Everything, especially the view. The staff was great and attended to my needs at all hours of the night. My room was 2211, and the view was worth it. The room was cheap for the view and the food on site. The young ladies who worked downstairs at the food court were top knotch. Everyone smiled at all times.

Nothing. I generally don't like the heat of Dubai. The design of Dubai is terrible, generally speaking as you have to drive or walk for 10 min around to get across the street. Personally, the HOTEL should put an ATM on site. One small thing is it should be easier to turn off the closet light as I didn't know how when I first arrived.

Since the day I booked my stay at this lovely hotel, I inaugurated the staff for my secret proposal to my now fiancée. From the day of the booking until the realization of the proposal, they supported me to the fullest. The day of our arrival, Gigi made up a plan with me of how I could suprise my fiancée to be. The day of the proposal everything went perfectly with her help, from caputuring our special moment on camera to bringing us lovely desserts after. I would like to thank the hotel and especially Gigi for all their help and unforgettable stay! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

friendly staff, beautiful views, overall the hotel is ok.

we booked junior suite and felt like the value was not there - minibar was empty, the room was quite old, the master lightning switch did not work, etc. a lot of small details. breakfast was fine, could be better. the location is far away from the city so you need to take taxi always. I would recommend this hotel, but the cheaper rooms, not the junior suite.
