Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View

Exceptional breakfast - plenty of choices of top quality food. On-premise free to use 24h Gym, steam rooms and open swimming pool. Walkable distance to the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. Spectacular view. Room service was very nice.

I've somehow got a smoking room, although I'm not sure why. Had to take shower in the bathtub without spilling water everywhere as there are no screens.

Staff were so friendly at reception and at breakfast. It was less than 10 minutes taxi to the Dubai fountains and Mall. Rooms were so clean and staff did everything to help make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Bar staff were a little bit rude. The menu in the bar could be better at catering for people with intolerances, the only thing gluten free on the menu was a crispy kale salad. All symbols should be displayed on breakfast items as well for people with intolerances so you know what's safe.

kind staff , good location . fast check-in and check-out. all of the hotel’s team are very friendly and helpful. the location v.good and close to the center . i had Family room and it was fit to me and my wife and 3 kids … also the breakfast is > v.good and clean . (better you book the reservation including breakfast). special thanks to the housekeeping specially ( Emmanual ) he is cleaning well and every day was keeping nice msgs for my famly

The reception and concierge were outstanding. I managed to leave my mobile phone in the taxi from the airport and they recovered it in less than 2 hours. The breakfast buffet is fabulous with multiple hot and cold options and available through until 11am. The pool is bath warm and pool staff attentive. Room sizes in the executive rooms are excellent and cleaning service on point. The gym is extremely well equipped and not busy.

Breakfast coffee machine only produced luke warm coffee which was a shame. BIA bar and restaurant not open. Swimming pool doesn't open until 9:30am. Minor issues in an otherwise top notch hotel

The breakfast is always great at this property. The variety is huge and I enjoy the continuous supply of their smoked salmon.The love their egg omelette which is a must for me. The service is good and the breakfast time upto 11am is fantastic as there is not rush to run for the breakfast. This is my fourth stay in 2023 in this property.The front desk, the supervisors and the counter staff and all of the concierge people know me very well they are extremely courteous and eager to help.I wish them all the luck.I am always upgraded into better rooms and I am happy with that.

It’s not that I did not like anything. The problem of not getting a taxi in this location is a problem ykough it has nothing to do with hotel. The concierge and the arrival coordinators in the parking lot goes out of their way to help get a taxi and come over for the guests. Other than that there is nothing I find wrong.

Check in/out take long time as there were only two at the reception.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is welcoming and accommodating, the location is very close to the centre with about 15-20 mins walk to Dubai mall. There is also a shuttle offered to the mall, however it is only twice a day, so we did not make use of it. A taxi within the centre only cost about Eur 6-Eur 8 so there was no point in waiting for the shuttle. The choice at breakfast is amazing, both local and internations food is avaialble and also on order options like omelette, avocado toast, poached eggs. We also had a room with access to the Business lounge, which was very convenient. There was coffee, fruit, biscuits during the day and a couple of hot dishes plus wine/spirits between 6pm and 8 pm, so was a good option when we were at the hotel in the evening. Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel and the service.

The only thing which was not good was the quality of the additional beds. The main king/queen bed is fantastic; however we travelled as a family and made use of the sofa bed and the additional camp bed for the children. Both these beds were very uncomfortable, the sofa bed has some sort of thin foam layer instead of a mattress, and every metal spring was felt, plus it was very squeaky. Same with the camp bed, it was very hard. The hotel looks new, but the additional beds seem to be quite old. If you do not need the extra bed option, then this hotel will be fantastic.

Breakfast selection was great - Avocado eggs on toast and eggs benedict as well as the buffet selections . Very short trip to Dubai Mall by taxi or Hotel shuttle then close to other attractions . All the staff made the stay very special , warm greeting each morning from Alice at breakfast 😊, all front of house staff, 😊all restaurant staff 😊 everyone seemed very happy to be at work and to take care of the guests . For me that made the stay great. Thanks to all .

Coffee shop was never staffed, would have used it more often if it was , as there was no where else to buy food in the immediate vicinity . Hotel felt slightly isolated , had to take taxis to get anywhere . The canal walk not very inspiring - not the hotels fault but just to be aware. Bathroom towels could be better quality

I Would like to Thanks the manager MR Marheb & the front office supervisor katty she was amazing, and she was giving me all the information the boy who took my lag gags he was amazing helpful nice humanities bra tab I'm not remembering name, but he was Nepali so aggressive to help me. and the part of the relaxing and enjoying is the Breakfast time mr DAS was Amaizing with his team welcoming very Nicley good was amazing averments was good service was too good people staff was

i was trying to fine negatives thinks in the hotel every where but I'm failed and i couldn't see any unhappy think. really thanks to MR Mehreb that the team is excellent and too good the front office and the breakfast team.

I arrived much earlier than my check in time and it was night time....And I had to wait in the reception arear. But I also spoke to Mr. Hassan and Mr. Hakim and they did everything possible to check me in as soon as possible. I found that the Staff members are all professional, very kind and welcoming. The Hotel has beautiful Canal views, a very nice pool, bar, gym. My stay was very comfortable indeed. A special thank you to the Staff who organized breakfast - everything was perfect, very clean, great variety of foods and high quality, so breakfast was always a highlight 😋 The food I tried in the bar was of a great quality as well. All questions were answered with a smile and the atmosphere in the Hotel is very pleasant 😊 I would come back gladly and hopefully soon!

Smoking.....the smell in the bar was way too strong to be there. I don't smoke.
