Amazing location, connected to Dubai mall. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make us have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and there was a large variety. Rooms were spacious and clean. The room would be cleaned twice a day.

Everything. This hotel and its stuff, is nothing short of phenomenal. From before we even checked in, the level of service was one of the best I’ve seen from any 5* hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the facilities were outstanding and it’s perfectly situated downtown so super easy to get around. We stayed with our 3 year old and baby and it was so easy. It also directly links to the mall so that was great. The people make this hotel - every member was extremely polite and helpful. I will certainly be back.

It was perfect but if there was one tiny thing it would that there might need to be a little bit more staff on weekend mornings at the breakfast needed

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and luxurious hotel. It was our first time in Dubai and everything was amazing. All the staff were kind and respectful and we never lacked anything. The hotel is close to everything we needed and the direct link to Dubai Mall was perfection as we could grab dinner easily and if we needed extra things. Our room directly faced Burj Khalifa and we were amazed every time we went on the balcony or looked outside. Buffet breakfast was delicious and well cooked. I wish we could stay longer. Thank you all for making our time in Dubai memorable.

Frankly ,I was eager to stay there but I will never come again. It is expensive but it's no cosy as the other ones.Receptionists seem to be new ,un professional,check in was little bit messy. As the lady there looks confused .Anyway we had to change the room ,thank to (Islam )he was the only one ready to help,smile ,assist guests. It takes long time to 1st change elevators then to walk to Dubai Mall. Cafe at swimming pool ,we wanted to have dinner at 10 told us they are closing .No spa or other restaurants. Too expensive ,doesnt deserve .

Perfection is made in this hotel ! I loved and is my favourite hotel so far. Had Free ViP lounge breakfast because it was my birthday also a lot of extras like decorating my room, free piece of cake with happy birthday . And the staff the most wonderful people from cleaning to reception etc. very friendly and professional. My respects for them!

The customers who comes there are most of them people with money and because they are rich treat the staff very poorly and not with respect ! The owner or manager of the hotel need to appreciate their staff and don’t let those customers treat them this way! Because your rich don’t gives you the right to treat others bad! I experience this only in Dubai in expensive hotels or places but don’t know why! I never treat people this way no matter where they come from.

The hotel is new ,luxury, comfortable with all facilities available in the room. Like all adress hotels ,location is excellent . Staff in breakfast restaurant are courteous,welcoming and professional. However some staff in the reception really need more training to deal with guests. Many Thanks to Mr Kareem the duty manager who solve problems easily and efficiently Special thanks to Virginie in club lounge, and all the team in club lounge, welcoming smiling with quality device . Club lounge is big plus to the hotel and worth the extra payment.

i travel to dubai a lot and have been to many hotels and resorts. i can frankly say it was one of the best choices i'v ever made to book at address fountain views. our chick in was delayed not more than 10-15 min and it was because of fire drill. without us saying anything manger came and apologized for the delay and give us room upgrade ( fountain view) and access to club lounge with free lunch and dinner. breakfast buffet one of the best you can have. helpful and super friendly staff. fast response to room and guest service. definitely will visit and book again.

great location room with view on burj khalifa (i've stayed in 2802 and it was fantastic) room itself (all you need is here, cosy king size bed, bathroom area) staff is so kind and helpful everywhere (in the reception, lounge club, room service, near swimming pool, all over the hotel) breakfasts on terrace swimming pool withn warm water

staying for the first time at address fountain view, in the beginning it was a bit complicated for me to orient where to go for example to right direction of exit to fountains or shortest way to dubai mall right from the hotel)) but then and thanks to the staff, who was always near and ready to help, you start to feel local resident)))
