Damac Maison Dubai Mall Street

Great customer service, the person at reception gave us the best room possible. The room was clean and the location was very central, close to the Burj and to everything else in the city centre. Room had a good view of the Burj, and it was quiet.

The room looked a little bit old and dated. The toilets seemed to have extremely hot water only, it was very difficult to have a shower or just wash your face with water at a non scalding hot temperature. We also ordered a meal from the restaurant downstairs and the food was really average. Edible, but on the verge of bad.

This place is simply amazing! The staff is incredibly kind and client-oriented. (Saber provided us an upgrade of our room). We could see the Burj Khalifa from our balcony!! The apartment is absolutely clean, and the cleaning personnel (mainly Mehrdad) pays attention to every detail. The hotel has all the comforts included in the price, gym, spa, and outdoor swimming pool. We could not choose better. Very good quality-price choice!

I really liked the location in downtown Dubai. It was easy accessible to the Dubai mall so you can get a quick bite to eat. I also ate at CZN Burak restaurant recommended by Aziz. So close to the hotel. Easy to get on the metro & taxi. The atmosphere at the hotel. As I arrived with my daughter the reception staff were very helpful Aziz & Samer. I had a lovely bell boy dropped my luggage to my room. On arrival my apartment room was very nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. It had nice sofas & kitchen. I didn’t use the kitchen because I was on there for 5 nights. Bathroom was nice, the rooms were cleaned very well & they were always available to clean too. I was given extra towels. Breakfast was really good. There was lots of options, fruits, cakes, bread. I had scrambled eggs, beef bacon, apple juice & bread. It changed slightly every. Pancakes were good too. Cecilia & Ali were brilliant they were great every time I had breakfast. I also had a whole day at the spa, it was amazing, they have a ladies only steam room, sauna & jacuzzi, I enjoyed it with my daughter.I had spa treatment done by a lovely lady I have forgotten her name. I had the rose bath salt scrub. Then the full body hot stone massage it was heavenly. I felt so relax, she was very nice & friendly. The staff were always offering help & asked me & my daughter if we needed anything. As I was leaving everyone was there to bid me goodbye which was a nice personal touch.

Please add fresh Crepes for breakfast.

Overall, our stay at Damac Maison in Dubai Downtown was fantastic, and it proved to be an excellent choice for a family vacation. The hotel's prime location next to Dubai Mall was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily access various attractions and amenities in the area. The apartment at Damac Maison were spacious, well-designed, and tastefully decorated. We opted for a three-bedroom apartment, which provided ample space for our family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploration. The staff at Damac Maison were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. Their professionalism and helpfulness enhanced our overall experience and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated their recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Especially Mr.Abdelaziz & Mr. Mohamed. One of the highlights of staying at Damac Maison was the stunning view from our apartment. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the Dubai fountain , which was a mesmerizing sight, especially during the evening when it was dancing. The hotel amenities were impressive as well. The swimming pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment to unwind and enjoy some leisure time. Additionally, the fitness center had a good range of equipment, allowing us to keep up with our workout routine during our stay. The proximity to Dubai Mall was a definite advantage. We could easily access the mall for shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Being within walking distance meant that we didn't have to worry about transportation or parking, which was very convenient, especially in a bustling city like Dubai. While there was a restaurant on-site, we found that exploring the diverse culinary scene outside the hotel provided us with more options and a chance to experience local cuisine.

If there was any area where Damac Maison could improve, it would be the dining options within the hotel.

This was value for money, would recommend to others for sure. We arrived early and had to pay extra to get our apartment sooner but was worth it after long journey and travelling with elderly and young baby. Rooms were excellent. Breakfast staff were good but the taste was mediocre. Best thing about this place was the location, few minutes walking distance from Dubai Mall.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and enabled us to have an early checkin which was greatly appreciated after a long flight and early morning arrival.

It would be beneficial if the apartment which had a kitchen had provided a few basic kitchen essentials such as dishcloth and washing up detergent. We were also disappointed that there was no licensed bar or area to have a drink of alcohol on the premises

Location, location, location. We selected this property as it was closely available to the Dubai Mall and centrally located. If travelling with kids, its a great place as there are kitchen facilities and enables one to accommodate for children. There is also restaurant on site if you need anything urgently. The mall is literally 5minutes away and you can connect directly through the Address Fountain View residences. Its 1-2minute walk outside and you then enter the Address Fountain View residences and another 3-4min walk away from the heat. For groceries, there are 2 shops again within walking distance(less than 5minutes) from the property for daily essentials. The room is spacious and sufficient to accommodate our family(3). Overall, pleasant stay and will be keen to stay at the property again.

Nothing to fault in particular with the stay. I think the restaurant on site could focus more on the cuisine as some of the food had very minimal taste. But there are plenty of options in the mall or Deliveroo/UberEats. For UberEats you will need to be registered with the local Careem App but again these are minor things.
