Excellent beach, clean and comfortable room, kind and polite staff, peaceful and pleasant environment

The service was exceptional. All staff were truly amazing and so kind. An honourable mention to Basiru for his awesome service by the pool. Everything was and felt five star. It’s not a cheap hotel and was a treat for myself for a few days stop over on way from Australia to UK and was worth it. The room was stunning ( was the cheapest one and still amazing!), the bed was huge and very comfy. Good view of the Dubai skyline. Beautiful bathroom products, great room service and “turn down” service every evening. Pool is simply beautiful and you had fresh cold water and ice served to you all day. Beach also very well kept. The breakfast included in the price was Decandent and vaste and probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. All in all a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a bit of relaxation and a treat. Was a solo traveller and felt very safe and comfortable as well as it only being 20 mins from airport. Ps. The Beach Club nearby is not noisy and you barely hear it. However if you book one of the villas you will be much closer so just flagging.

none of the photos show this but it’s right next to a port area and a large construction site. All photos cut this off so you can’t see it. Also if you book a private villa you’ll be much closer to the noise of the beach club music.

It far exceeded anything I could have imagined. 100% I would recommend this Resort to anyone. There was not one thing I was disappointed in. Above anything was the customer service. Absolutely top!! Every single person!

Facility of the hotel is perfectly maintained. All spaces were very clean all day-everyday. Hotel size is quite small so you never see crowds. Thanks god… Beach is awesome. Very clean. They clean the beach all day… Water is for free everywhere in the Resort. Breakfast was awesome. Personal is outstanding. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Wallet parking is for free so it is very comfy to get in and out when you have a car. Maybe you wonder about location… I think this one of the best you can get. Marina and the Palm are too crowded. All the best hotels are in northern Jumeirah. Plus Dubai mall, City walk etc are very close by taxi.

The hotel team were friendly, the food was delicious and perfect and the atmosphere was peaceful and the vibes of the hotel were good for the purpose we went for it’s a great hotel special occasion 👌🏼😍

Nothing at all.

A beautiful setting with superb facilities. The balinese massage was everything it was advertised and the spa facilities were lovely - especially the outdoor jaccuzi. The room was lovely and when I mentioned a problem it was sorted swiftly.

The beach staff were variable - most were superb hence the rating but one or two were not. I did ask at least 2 for a cloth to remove guano from my sunbed before giving up waiting and doing it myself with a seashell. Need a taxi to get anywhere

The friendly staff that went the extra mile in getting me comfortable and assisted me with my every needs! They kept up to date with all my special requests and made my stay at the hotel really memorable!

The only disappointment was that the beach club was closed :-(

Our honeymoon stay at Nikki Beach was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Whether we were watching the sunrise or gazing at the starry night sky, the view from our room was simply breathtaking. The beach, just a stone's throw away from the hotel, was equally incredible. The soft, powdery sand and turquoise waters created a postcard-perfect backdrop for romantic walks and lazy afternoons. We couldn't have asked for a more stunning beach setting for our honeymoon. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful surprise as well. The variety of fresh, delicious options was impressive, and we looked forward to starting our days with a healthy meal. The oceanfront dining area provided breathtaking views, making our mornings even more memorable. But what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team was not only extremely friendly but also incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that every moment of our stay was special, offering recommendations for local activities and even surprising us with a sweet gesture for our honeymoon. Their warmth and hospitality added an extra layer of magic to our experience. In summary, our honeymoon at Nikki Beach was nothing short of perfection. The pool, beach, breakfast, and most importantly, the wonderful staff, made our stay unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a more enchanting start to our journey as a married couple. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a romantic and luxurious getaway.

Definitely recommended. Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai has everything in order. The welcome is good, the rooms are nicely decorated and kept constantly clean (as are the pool and beach) and the staff are extremely helpful. Especially Allister and his team around the pool ensure that you lack nothing. The breakfast is good and the poolside menu is extensive. The resort is not far from the Dubai Mall and all other places can be easily reached by taxi.

When my girlfriend was bitten by an insect (the hotel can't help it) the receptionist could have helped us better.
