Staffs (Mr Umar, Mr. Hassan, the lady Receptonist ) - are approachable and helpful. They are quick to reply / supply to your needs and demands in the room. ******* The room was upgraded by the female receptionist in charge on that day - i wanted to acknowledge her here in my comment section, but i forgot her name.👍 Mr Umar assisted me in booking through online night before we checked in (booking.com) and updated us the booking and gave us details of the stay 👌 through phone call. Mr Hassan provided us with our needs in the room in a quick manner, and he is very polite. ********* My friends and I enjoyed the sauna, and we had a comfortable overnight stay. In the morning, i called the reception center, and the male receptionist allowed us to take a late check out by 2:00 PM instead of 12 noon.

I just noticed that in the pool, they are not strict with what the pool users are wearing - a collared shirt and pants are allowed. They even had not bathe first before they dipped into the water. ******** Location is not accessible to metro. Sometimes, a taxi doesn't know either where it is located. That's all 🫠😉 ***********************

The property is very easy to get to. The staff are very kind, especially Zeshan and Omar the manager, if I remember correctly. They saw that we have a kid with us so they gave us an upgrade. Someone always comes in to tidy the room and they keep us hydrated with complimentary water bottles. The ref served its purpose making sure we have cold water before heading out to the heat. There is a mall close to the hotel so it’s very convenient to buy necessities.

It was a bit loud from upstairs the first 2 nights, but the staff went upstairs to check on the noise which helped.

Good location close to the metro and bus station and the canal, close to supermarkets.

The location near the bus station is very good. And also is near the Dubai Heritage.

The room was close to the lift and lot of people were shouting the whole time. I couldn't sleep well because there was a lot of noise from the hallway.

Great hotel. Bus & Metro station 10 minute walk away. Good facilities, new towels and room cleanup every day. Service is top-notch. Staff is excellent. We got an upgrade when we arrived so we enjoyed the pool on the roof.

Quite noisy at night. Loud music is coming from the club on the ground floor. The pool could be more clean. The cable for hair drier is too short for normal use. The isolation from hallway could be better.

Pretty easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road. All branches of the main banks are very near as well as Burjuman metro station. Bus station very close. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice bar\club inside the hotel with shishas and music. Very good room cleaning, fast laundry. The complimentary minty dates/sweets in the room are my favorites :)

Construction was ongoing inside and outside the hotel, but it didn't bother me much.

The folks at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in somewhat earlier than the official check-in time which is very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed is comfy. The location is good, it's about a 7 min walk to a busy bus station which can take you to any direction. The metro is a bit more in distance and not that close by. There is a supermarket very close by and all sort of shops around it. Overall it's a great value for money type of place to stay.

You will not find more for less, in Dubai. I loved the area, is very local with restaurants from all over the world. It's very close to the metro, so you can move to other areas of the city if needed. I understand most of the tourist who come to Dubai they are looking for luxury and skyscrapers. It is not my case, I like Asian traditional cultures and I didn't want to stay in Marina, as I found it a very fake experience.

I liked everything, perhaps I would say I didn't like the works in front of the hotel, but are not noisy or annoying. Rest was all very good, totally recommended, and I will stay again once back in Dubai.

The staff was very professionally trained. Welcome with smile. Asked about coffee or water. Staff was very polite. Provided full assistance. Hotel was very clean and tidy. First time saw such a nice team work and spirit and commitment to there work in preserving the values of there organisation. Assistance in questions which were not even related to the stay nor the hotel. Overall very nice well educated staff.

The road was blocked due to construction going on in the road. Hotel is not responsible for that. All i reach the place easily
