Location was good, 10 min walk either way to central pier or south pier. The room was immaculate, the beds were comfy and the staff were friendly 😁

We didn't know when the breakfast was going to be on. On our first morning (Tuesday) the diner was open and we got some breakfasts there were lovely and decent priced. We went down the next 2 mornings to find it closed and no one was about to ask if it was going to open. Then on Friday as we left we saw it was open so went in again. It was just a shame that there was no sign for times when it was open and closed.

The staff are very nice and friendly the food is fantastic great sea view we were given extra t rolls and mixture of tea coffee sugar and milk when we asked and we were allowed to stay parked at hotel after check out for a few hours which was brilliant

The bar wasn’t open very long closed quite early no entertainment the noise from traffic and people was horrendous as there on bank holiday weekend was still awake when street sweeping machines were out at 4 am definitely recommend ear buds and keep window closed. But when you see the condition of-some off the other hotels in the same area you will be glad you’re booked in here. Definitely recommend for families and adults who don’t like lots to drink or drunk people

Staff are lovely and very accommodating. My son and i came to stay for his 10th birthday, he was excited to see the banners and balloons in our room. We arrived a few hour before check it, were allowed to leave our luggage then go for food. When we got back luggage had been moved to room for us. The room was clean, comfortable and seems like newly referbed and decorated. Plenty of brew stuff, couple of drink in the fridge, plenty of towels. Food was amazing fror the dinner (we had breakfast 2 mornings). On check out we were also able to leave luggage until it was time to catch the train. Would recommend to anyone, fantastic all round. On the front cloes enough to easily walk between peirs and attractions but still calmer and quieter than being next to attractions

Lovely, great value room. Constantine was very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant also, right by all the attractions. We tried breakfast in the diner, which was also very good, with great service. My children loved the theme. We will definitely be back.

Check-in was initially a little difficult. However, when Constantine arrived, all went smoothly. He helped with my bags and, on departure, called me a taxi to the train station. Thank you for your help.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel with my family. Manager very nice and helpful, restaurant staff also very nice. The restaurant is decorated in a retro style, very clean, the food is good. The apartment on the first floor is spacious and very clean. The price in relation to the quality is very affordable. We will definitely go back there

The Charlton Aparthotel is in a perfect location to both South and Central piers. Property is in beautiful condition and kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. We stayed in the Family room and it was spacious, modern and had great facilities such as iron, hairdryer, kettle, microwave, toaster. Teas and coffee also provided. The views from this property were picturesque also. Host was fantastic, a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived and went above and beyond to make our stay. Would highly recommend this property to others and look forward to returning.

Recently renovated to a high standard. Bathroom especially is lovley. Location is good, in-between the south and central pier about 15 min slow walk to either. Staff were very helpful. We booked on the day and was there within 3 hours and everything was ready for us.

Only one thing we had an issue with was the warmth. It was very cold, but we asked for some additional heating and they gave us one within 10 mins.

The staff their worked round the clock, yet were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome.

The room was very small, but this isn't much of an issue for a short trip.

On the plus side it is a nice place compaired to some places in blackpool and in a good location

The car park is a joke can only get 6 cars on there and at to park next door at a cost of 7.50 a night till a space come available then when we did get on the car park we got blocked in when we was leaving even tho I told them we was leaving at 10.30 and we need the car moved so we can leave and he didn't so we at to wait till they got hold of the owner of the car to come back from the town to move there car a hour later...also its says breakfast is only 5 pounds witch its not its 5.95 and its small plus 1.50 for a cup of tea or 2 pound for OJ so its 8 pound for a small breakfast better off going else where

Arrived for a hotel stay with a very warm welcome from the staff. The gentleman who run this were only too happy to rearrange their parking to accommodate our car with free parking. The dinner has a fantastic American style 60s Rock and Roll theme throughout downstairs. Fantastic 60s music playing inside and outside with some great memorabilia indoors. The food menu is great and carries on the American theme. Food is really delicious. The drinks are great. Coffees and lattes are perfect. We met a few of the staff and they are all so friendly and welcoming. The chef is a very nice man and knows what he's doing. My Husband was over the moon he had a perfect "duckable" fried egg. I would have taken a pic if we both didn't dive in straight away it was that appetising. The cocktails are just gorgeous and good for value. None of the tiny little glasses. These are good sized well presented tasty cocktails. Payments can be made in cash or card. We felt safe I'm the building and felt covid safe. The manager has fairly recently taken over this business within the year and Is working very hard to make it work. You can watch him doing every job with pride and at a seriously fast pace. We were also pleased with our room. The moment we opened the door we are hit in the face with how clean, bright and fresh the room is. Not a spec of dust can be found. I can tell you I am a very very hard person to please. Storage space with a set of drawers and hanging space. Kettle with coffee and tea. Good amount of electricity sockets. Small flat screen TV- and it works perfectly tuned in. Towels supplied and beautifully displayed on the bed. Our room didn't have a view but a lovely word decal was strategically placed on the window taking the attention. Lighting was good. Nice and bright too. This time we stayed as a couple but we are returning again next month with our children.

The bar closes at 10pm. Could stand to be open a little longer?
