The staff were friendly, attentive and very understanding. Our room was exactly like the pictures shown on booking.com. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Theres nothing that the staff could have done about this but no parking was a bit of a pain. However there is parking not far from the hotel.

The Benson was recommended to us and from the minute we arrived Christine and Les made us feel so welcome . We had a lovely cosy room that was spotless, super comfy bed, fabulous breakfast , great little bar and just a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Great value for money. Only yards from the prom, but away from the the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this little nugget of a hotel to anybody wanting a lovely , relaxing , no frills, clean place to stay. As my cousin said, they arrived as guests and left as friends! Great hotel and great couple . Thanks again Christine and Les and we will see you again soon.

From start to finish Myself, Nigel & baby Thea felt like members of the family. Super friendly owners. One's you can have a laugh and a bit of banter with and they fire it right back. You need anything? They'll try their best to get it, fix it, help in anyway they can. Breakfast amazing quality and quantity for the price. Cannot get it cheaper!! The hotel bar fully stocked with a good selection of shorts, gins and bottles/beers. Parking is literally 3 mins away and cost me £14 for 48 hours and it's somewhat secure with it being near the football ground. Which is brilliant compared to prices of carparks in Leeds. Rooms are super clean, spacious and the bed is super comfy. Flat screen TV with fully working Freeview with a decent signal. If you're wanting a family feel environment with great breakfast and bar then here is the place to stay. Already booked again for November for illuminations and considering a weeks stay in September. My 9 month old little girl LOVED every minute of her first vacation. She definitely doesn't want to be at home. Thank you Christine, Lisa & Phoebe for making our first family vacation so perfect and hope you don't mind us possibly coming back for a week in September. xxx

The benson hotel was lovely Iv stayed at a few hotels in blackpool and the benson has been the best Iv stayed in the staff was very welcoming when we arrived I highly recommend and I will be booking again.

Liked everything only problem was parking but where the hotel is there is nothing the owner can do about that.

Breakfast was really tasty, we thoroughly enjoyed and the location was perfect for seeing attractions. Nice bedroom, comfy bed. We loved the dining room, really Jazzy and very clean. Good colour scheme and modern. Christine was an absolute lovely lady, very pleasant and hard working. She runs a really lovely B&B.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly.

Shower didnt drain properly would take a little while so would have to turn the shower off for a bit to let it drain so we could continue showering. Couldn't really see out of the windows as they needed cleaning. Landing areas outside the bedrooms requires more lighting as even on a bright day it can be hard to see the lock for the door as it is very dark.

Chris & les couldn't do enough to help us with suggestions for food and entertainment etc it was most welcoming would definitely go back next year and wouldn't stay anywhere else fantastic hotel

Very close to sea. Room very clean and comfortable. En suite appeared to be brand new. Quite small but had everything you need

Info in room about breakfast options, use of bar area etc. would have been helpful. We didn’t know we could get breakfast as we were not asked on arrival and no meal options were available when booking

Perfect location, beautiful room... got the exact room it showed when booking, a little problem with the shower but was fixed within hours!

I would have paid more to have breakfast included.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and a wonderful landlady

Only drawback is the parking which is basically none existent in the area.
