The Woodfield Hotel

You got your basics, clean room, fresh linen Breakfast was very nice but wish we could have had the choice of extra items- wouldn't have minded paying for them as you only got 1 of everyrhing - my tomatoes were cold 1st morning & beans the 2nd morning. Think owners have not long taken over so they should get the hang of things soon.

Floor boards were a little suspect in some areas of room, scared to touch wardrobe as it was on it's last legs. Some ideas of where to go for food would be good as no food available apart from packets of crisps Also we were not made aware of breakfast times when we arrived on first night - found out on second night

Could not fault hotel and the proprietiers went out of their way to make us feel special.

The staff are amazing and friendly even down to there little boy making my child feel welcome and having someone to play with. Food was good love a hash brown and they had them on the full English a first and we stay Blackpool a lot haha. There’s a swimming pool bar and a massive projector for telly showing sports no noise from others guests could be heard and the room was very spacious.

There nothing you can say about the property Blackpool just needs more going from central to south more shops and arcades etc

Staff were lovely friendly and the owners worked very hard. Pool on site but we didn't use it but would of if we had stayed another night. Breakfast was gorgeous if you like a full English but me and my daughter don't like mushrooms or eggs not a problem im sure u can order pretty much what u like to eat. We were in room 22 it was spotless bed was comfortable. Feel like the owners go out their way to make this as much of a homely stay as possible. We will defo be back thankyou to u both for a lovely stay at your hotel.

Very welcoming and although we booked a family room, we got a double bed with a child bed, when we explained that we were more mum, adult son and granddaughter, we were offered a choice of other rooms which were more adequate for our family . The swimming pool was very enjoyable especially during the storm and bad weather. Breakfast was very generously served and the staff was going above and beyond to meet guests needs. I will definitely stay again with my family, many thanks for your kindness

The window in the bedroom was in need of repair, but when we mentioned it, we were offered another room and an electric heater, the owner was genuinely interested in our comfort.

The owner was amazing and made us all feel comfortable and welcome, he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more, he also let us check in early and check out late without any extra fees, price was also amazing for everything you get with the stay including a nice breakfast and use off the indoor heated swimming pool. We can ensure that we will be staying here alot more often.

Breakfast was great, choices for me and the children. Staff friendly and helpful with any request. Beds comfortable

Some of the communal areas could do with updating, they are a touch shabby but this could be from use

The hotel is very close to the piers, coral island around a 20 minute walk. Even though we were close to those landmarks we still had our peace and quiet time away from the noise.

There was a small issue with the milk in our room but it was resolved almost instantly. We stayed in one room for 2 nights and a different one for the night after. In the room we had for the one night, the TV wasnt working and had a black screen with some glitches on it. Due to this we were not able to access the TV as it was not in working condition. We didn't mind this as our previous room had a good working TV that we used. This could bother future customers if not resolved.

Nice big room for 2 adults and 3 children really nice staff breakfast was excellent nice and clean really good value for money brilliant location nice a quiet on street and close to everything ... added bonus a heated pool kids loved it and a bar for us adults which can watch kids through the glass doors to the pool

Nothing but could just do with a bit extra storage in room but other than that great place

Staff very friendly and accommodating, excellent value for money, right between south and central pier a 2 minute walk from the seafront. Breakfast included which was good. Ticked all the boxes for £32

I left my bedroom window open and seagulls arguing outside the window woke me in the early hours - dont leave your window open. Not the hotels fault.
