The waterfront hotel0

It was a very pleasant and peaceful stay, our apartment was spacious and had enough amenities for 3 days. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped with parking as it turned out the car park below the hotel is owned by someone else and costs £15 a day, but we were given information on where we could leave the car for half that price. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and we slept very well! We will gladly stay again!

The apartment needs to be refreshed and maintained in better condition

The lady who worked at reception was very lovely the room was very homely cosy and clean the beds were so comfortable there was a tv with Internet on for kids the bedding was fresh and smelt lovely the hotel was in perfect location i enjoyed my stay i will stay again for sure

The shower wasn't powerful only thing but other than this we loved it children didnt want to go home

We had a 2 night stay in a family room at The Beach hotel and apartments 2 adults 2 children but it could easily sleep 6 . We arrived early and we were greeted by a lovely lady (The manager) sorry i didn’t get your name and she was very helpful and our room was ready so we was able to check in straight away,and she even took us to our room and shown us what was what. Our apartment was perfect and very spacious with the most comfy beds weve ever slept in. The location was also perfect for us,just across the road from the beach and a 5minute walk to South Pier and the Pleasure beach. We will definetly be returning!

Windows in the lounge were drafty and the lounge was quite cold. Bathroom door needs a new frame where it locks and bigger glasses needed in the kitchen.

Great location. 6 of us (3 couples) stayed here to go to a music event. We stayed for two nights. We didn't have breakfast but it was available at a really good price if we wanted it. The owner was a lovely lady, really friendly. We had downstairs, sea view rooms with small kitchen facilities. Kettle, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were with regards street noise. There was some noise in the mornings from other guests but it was a Blackpool, family hotel, so it was only to be expected and wasn't an issue. Parts of the hotel look a little tired but we could tell that the rooms had recently been painted and work was ongoing. It was very clean, especially the bedding and towels. Spotless. Lovely comfy bed with ridiculously comfortable pillows and duvets (I wanted to bring the pillows home) plenty of tea/coffee but no toiletries, which was fine, I always take my own anyway. We would definatley stay again.

Close to the beach and the lady who runs it Anne she’s extremely accommodating my daughter is disabled we stayed last year she walked her to the room as she was abit scared which I thought was lovely wouldn’t stay anywhere else tbh

There was nothing for me to dislike

beds was very comfortable and a lovely view nice a quite else wear but had a dog keep barking and we had neighbours keep banging

paid for a room with a desk in and never got it kitchen was a bit dirty and smelt ,brown liquid leaking from the cupboard mold everywhere in cupboards it’s made me and my partner very ill from breathing it all in also brown/darky bits?maybe animal droppings ??wallpaper falling off walls / ripped dirty carpet stains , shower temperature kept changing on us hot to cold

We loved our stay in this apartment type property. It was just at the front of the beach with easy access to shops and pleasure beach. McDonald’s was just next door which was great to grab a meal and breakfast. Staff was very friendly and fulfilled my request for hair dryer and fan. Room has all the facilities, we booked room with interconnected that was well organized for the family. One double room which was for disabled was equipped with all the facilities including small kitchenette. Parking was free for first come first serve and we were lucky to get there early. Thank you for lovely staff who made our stay enjoyable. I will definitely return and stay there again.

Some of furniture is dated- that didn’t bother me as we were only staying for a night.

I had standard room as I'm a cheapscape but i I wasnt expecting a kitchen with full sizes oven. And a sitting area. And a big balcony with views. Cant say about the facilities down stairs as I was out most of time. The young lady who let me in and gave me the key was so down to earth. Personally don't like all the pomp some places give you. Thank you and definitely be back in same room xx

It was large and roomy. Plenty of space for 4 adult sized people. The location was great for waking to the town centre. The staff were great (Ann). We will be coming back again in November 🙂

It was all good, suitable for a family of 2 adult and 2 teenagers .

The lady who greeted us was so very friendly and polite, really lovely lady. The bedroom and ensuite were exceptionally clean, it was all spotless. The beds were super comfy as well as all the bedding. Location is fantastic it's literally a stone throw from the sea (it's directly over the road) and virtually opposite south pier with all the rides and the pleasure beach, water park etc so perfect if you have kids so you don't have to work. Would definitely come back was a lovely stay over.
