Wave Crest Hotel

Nice hotel, great location in the centre pier just off the sea front. It was a great budget and affordable, the room was tidy, ot had a little heater and fan to heat up or cool off which worked well after been out in the cold, the bed was comfy, plenty clothing storage, kettle, tea and coffee, private bathroom and shower, friendly staff, bar pool table and pleanty of chill out seats, aswell as parking, it's roughly 8 minutes away from coral island and one street off the front so its in a good spot.. theres a nice cod father chippy right on the corner so not to get lost after a few drinks, The Manchester pub for a cheeky cocktail or 2 for 1 and live big screen boxing n football is 10 min away and upbeat music. Illuminations are great, and the big wheel on the top pier and tower is a good to look at, at night alond with everything else lit up. Will stick to this hotel for my nxt visit.. highly recommended

The cold 🥶

The owner the gentleman he was good actually felt he went beyond helping us out (The stupid app that my daughter booked us with the third party so called messed our booking up ) but the hotel owner help us and we ended after 2nd try we got our beds after a bit of a shuffle bed it was good i think as a first time hotel user it would have been nice to know i could get more milk for our coffee and tea while we had our stay but now i know thanks to my cousin im more aware but like i said the staff where good very polite and sweet defo will go again plus loved the shower nice and clean no problems with the shower despite them newly renovating it so thank you defo love to come back and this review is from Atia Parveen

The mattress were not so comfortable but ok and i do have back problems and also the bedroom was chilly for me and again i do suffer from a condition and a guest push in too me while going past and my son that 9 years old told his aunty the same guy that was going past called him monkey for no reason while going past him

Absolutely amazing decor the lounge area was brilliant and laid out perfectly the bar staff and hotel staff was amazing. The bar is reasonably priced for a location in blackpool cheaper than most places we visited on our stay here. There was no issues with our stay at all the rooms are very spacious bunk beds for the kids and a double for the me and my partner would definitely come bacl to this hotel for the convenience and simply for the fact your treated with respect and the staff are there to help with anything you need. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY!!!!

Friendly staff. Looked very clean when entering and smelled lovely. The reception area looked inviting.

The bed was lumpy, and the room got too hot. Parking is another thing. Paying £10 a night is not with the price of the room. For what I paid for, it should have been free parking. Also, there is no restaurant or bed and breakfast. Would benefit from some sort of kitchen so people staying can eat first thing.

the property was spotless the room was more than ample for our two night stay. we sat in the lounge both nights and enjoyed a drink. the owner of the hotel was more than accommodating and fixed us some food which was really nice of him as he didn’t have to. I had read some poor reviews before going so I was open minded regarding my stay. I have to say we have absolutely no complaints. every night before going out we had a nice hot shower and every morning the same. the hotel was full but not noisy and me and the family would 100% re book. see you again the next time we are down in Blackpool

ok nit picking and only give it as feed back. I would have liked a Chunky pillow however I didn’t raise that with the staff and I am sure if I had they would have sorted one for me

We were booked with another establishment who cancelled with hours to go due to booking locally for more money (from the horses mouth). Although annoying I'm so glad they did or we wouldn't have found this place. Amazing, start to finish. Check in was a breeze and the chap who checked us in (sorry I forgot your name) was so friendly, jolly and was just great. He couldn't do more to help. Even down to ensuring the busy carpark was arranged to allow is to leave at 7am the following morning. The room was spotlessly clean!!!! The Mrs says dated but that honestly didn't even cross my mind. And we mean spotless. The bed was a little noisy but we slept fine. The room was well heated also.

Absolutely disliked...... NOTHING. ALL WAS GREAT

The room we stayed in looked like a show room suitable for magazine pictures, it was real nice. The bar was well stocked with a really wide variety. The staff were really courteous, kind, friendly and so so helpful when we needed extra supplies like coffees and milk. The price of the hotel room was amazing, i thought the days of a double hotel room of high standards for under £60 a night was long gone, but i was proved wrong... If i ever go to stay in blackpool ever again, ill be booking into wave crest hotel for sure and i would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Now this is being really picky, but the top of the wardrobe was quite dusty, but apart from that i actually cannot say anything bad about the place, it exceeded my expectations.

Not exactly the best looking place at a glance. But once inside it's clean and well presented. Was greeted by the manager who checked me in within 5mins. Was expecting mismatched bedding and a dirty room looking at some of the review. However my room was very clean and tidy. Definitely worth £45 a night.

The room was a little cold at night and the shower only had 2 temperatures either boiling hot or stone cold. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Upon arrival we recieved a lovely warm welcome, i was to early to check in but was able to leave my luggage. Beds were lovely and comfortable and there was no noise so we had a great night's sleep. The room was lovely and clean and had lovely fresh white fluffy towels. The location is perfect aswell it's central to all that Blackpool has to offer. This was our first time staying here, I'd definitely come back again and would recommend it as it's very good value for money.

Trying to get the correct shower temperature was a nightmare just when you thought you had it right it would go freezing or scalding hot. The room was very compact but we were only there for 1 night so it didn't really bother us.

the room was a good size, the staff was very friendly and helpful, was very happy with the stay, we want to come back and stay again. it was awesome. the bed is comfy and enjoyed our showers and cleaned towels.

I don't think we can think of something we didn't like because we enjoyed everything. the only thing i can think off, is i wish we stayed abit later, but we got work the next morning.
