The Berkswell

When arriving. Host was very helpful. Helped carry luggage from car to room. showed us to our rooms straight away. Yes rooms was small but didn’t affect our stay as it was a place to rest. Breakfast was 9-9.30 which gave us that extra bit of time. Beautiful breakfast. An room to dine in. Heating was over powering at times but we just turned that down. The bar was lovely. We sat and had drinks before heading into town. Room keeping each day was given. We will defo visit this hotel again. Staff was friendly and had a good laugh together. Thankyou again Berkswell for our weekend stay x

I LOVED our stay!!! Teresa and Phillip are sooo soo kind and friendly. Felt like visiting family :-) I would definitely return and I 100% recommend them if you want a homely feel. The rooms are exactly what you need, they provide travel cots for babies/toddlers and toys too which kept my little boy happy. The breakfast was amazing too. Couldn't ask for more in this place they do amazing Thank you so much and hope to see you next year. Enjoy your holiday you deserve it the both of you. Handy to pleasure Beach and the water park too

Cooked breakfast every morning was lovely really enjoyed it. Staff were all really friendly and the location was fab close by to all we came to do. Highly recommend would definitely go back here

Bunk beds I didn’t expect them and if I’d of known wouldn’t have booked bunked beds at my age and due to my sons needs they weren’t the best thing for us. Didn’t ruin our stay would definitely return lovely place lovely people highly recommend

The breakfast was gorgeous. I had a vegan breakfast and unlike some places that simply offer a non-vegan breakfast and then remove the non-vegan aspects, they actually offered vegan alternatives such as vegan sausages and bacon.

The rooms were slightly dated and dirty in parts, but overall it was great value for money and nothing unexpected. There were no horribly unclean things, the towels were washed and the bathroom was clean. The bed sheets were clean and I felt comfortable.

The welcome was real, the room was adequate, (the shower and toilet were a bit of a squeeze, but the bed and other facilities were fine), the cleanliness excellent, the breakfast, Blackpool's finest - perfectly cooked and with quality ingredients, the hosts great, the value ideal. Would I recommend it as a great value guest house style hotel? Absolutely I would, it's one of the best.

The couple who run the hotel can do enough for you the breakfast was excellent Phillip was always cracking jokes he was funny abd put a smile 😃on my face every day and his wife was very friendly they when out of there way for you I even asked to help them water ther plants one day but they said no for me to just relax and enjoy the sun I will definitely be back as I have made 2 new Friends bless them

The owners are amazing they went above and beyond, the staff amazing, the room was perfect and clean, the food was amazing and with me being vegan they even went the extra mile. I would stay there again. ;) If I could change one thing about the room tho i would say just bigger TV's as there a little small lol but apart from that everything else was perfect.

Just the tv in my room was a little small for me.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at The Berkswell. The room was great with comfy beds and ensuite. Breakfast was lovely. And the couple who run the hotel couldn't do enough for us and made it a very enjoyable stay. Safe to say we will be back in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing, the property is in the perfect location for everything needed in blackpool and was such a comforting space. The owners were friendly and so kind. They helped us with anything we needed and the breakfast was beyond amazing! 100% recommend and would love to come again!

We had a fantastic stay at the berkswell. Location was brilliant. The owners were really lovely and made us feel very welcome from the off. They were so helpful. Room was great perfect for us! Breakfast was so tasty and the young lady serving it was so lovely and happy and smiley. We can’t wait to come and stay again.
