Just back from a 4 night break with my three children I was a little sceptical as read some bad reviews but I can honestly say we had a lovely clean room, check in was easy, the host personally took us to our room and asked if all was ok with our room before leaving us which I thought was great, there was no bar (not essential I know!) but we assumed there was of previous reviews, we had a great stay, no noise, pleasant room, no complaints at all, a 2 minute walk to south pier, right next to pleasure beach we would deff book again!

No bar or downstairs seating for guests to relax and in away from room

Just home after a brilliant long weekend stay at Hotel Jeanne. We received an easy going and warm welcome from Madge - come and go and you please and just ask if you need anything topped up. Ideal. Lots of nice wee cafes nearby with outside seating/takeaway and a Spar for the rest. Of course, lots of the big attractions on the doorstep too (and a main tram stop). Good sized family room which was good value for money! When we plan our trip next year we hope there will be vacancies ❤️

I stayed with my 3 children for my daughters dance showcase at the tower Ballroom. The room was clean and fresh. It was big enough for an adult and 3 children. There was a kettle with mugs and plenty of coffee/tea. The TV was situated where we could all watch a film together before we slept. The staff are amazing, they took time to talk to us. My son has autism and ADHD and they were so patient with him. Thank you for a lovely stay xx

Ignore the bad reviews. Cheap and cheerful! I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but our room was clean and comfortable. I was really pleasantly surprised how quiet it was, both the hotel itself and the road it's on, especially seeing as it was a Saturday night near the Pleasure Beach. I think we were probably the noisiest ones there as our baby started crying at 1am!! We don't have one complaint.

Perfect location for the pleasure beach. Comfortable room. Amazing staff. There wasn’t too much trouble for the lady In charge, from amazing communication prior to our stay, helping us with an extra night add on when our trains cancelled due to strikes, to washing and drying a bag of our wet beach clothes for us! super kind and super friendly we honestly had a lovely weekend. this is not the most modern place to stay but it’s homely, comfy and welcoming. thank you so much for having us. xx

room was very clean- staff were very friendly- property was secure so we felt safe- tea/coffee facilities in the room- tv in the room with freeveiw channels so kids were happy.

the view out our window was not very nice but I guess that can not be helped much- there was quite a bit of noise late at night by other customers (again not the hotels fault) the small light in the bathroom did not work which was annoying at night- heating was on and it was reallllly hot in the rooms

The room was spacious and clean. The room smelt nice, the staff were friendly, the room was warm! The room was quiet and I felt safe! The staff were lovely and very accommodating - My daughter requires refrigerated medication and the staff were amazing with helping with this! We had our own ensuite and the shower was lovely!

Nothing - I dont think breakfast was available but we did not need this option.

on street parking which was surprisingly easy to park on. however carpark is only a 30 second walk away. hosts were LOVELY on arrival and when we came back after being SOAKED by a thunderstorm they gave us more towels and were so welcoming. the rooms are basic however absolutely perfect and clean for what we needed. perfect location.

it was very hot, a mixture of the weather and the radiators were on.

Clean, lovely lady waiting for us with the keys. Excellent location, SPAR and Wheterspoon around the corner.

Could do with hand soap as the bottle was empty and there wasn't anyone available when we rung the Bell. We bought some from SPAR at the end. Not a major issue. Just a feedback not to leave empty bottles, put in the bin so we don't expect to have it

The staff were absolutely wonderful and so kind. The rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy and the bed was the best night's sleep I've had in ages. Will 100% be staying again. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay.

The heating was on throughout the building when it was 31 degrees outside. But the bedroom windows aired it wonderfully and had a nice sleep anyway.
