Everything - Location is awesome sea view and pier -few circles round the block in the car , and found someone vacating parking space maybe a tad fortunate . The music , we love music , the welcome by the owner the lovely Sarah awesome soul .The lift was out but never a problem few flights of stairs , maybe later a few %-) . The room was immaculate fresh bedding , clean bathroom with shower ,pleasant view . Met all our needs nicely .

Nothing - maybe breakfast in the morning makes a stay in Blackpool even better , but no food is served unfortunately plenty right on the sea walk lots of - Id cook for them if they ever need a chef - Awesome staff - polite -friendly - very very pleasant which is nice to see in this day and age .

Don't look at the old reviews! So much has changed! We stayed here in April when the car park was in a bit of a mess due to renovations. We decided to come back as the staff are lovely and the location is perfect- a couple of minutes walk to the South Pier and Pleasure Beach. The tram stop is also just across the road. The sea view room we were in was lovely, the beds are really comfortable and we stayed in the same room again ( huge thanks to Jacob on reception moving some bookings around for us.) We arrived to see the "Tiki Bar" seating area and outside bar has all been done up, and it looks wonderful! The staff are so lovely, especially Jacob who is so friendly and chatty and will do anything to help you during your stay. The lady who runs the bar is fab. The young lady on reception on Thursday morning was so sweet, but we didn't catch her name unfortunately as she'd been reduced to tears by a male guest bullying her which was awful and completely undeserved. We will be back to stay again soon, we love it here!

No breakfast/restaurant as the renovations are ongoing, but we knew this, so it wasn't a problem. There's so many places to eat around the hotel, and a burger van on the premises.

I Absolutely Loved This Hotel & I've Stayed At Many In Blackpool This Is Actually My Favorite,, Staff Were Extremely Kind & Helpful Sarah Was Lovely & Very Caring & Great Communication. The Room Was lovely With The Best Towels I've Had In A Hotel,Beds Were Very Comfortable We Had A Great Sleep. The Location Was Perfect With The Sea View It Was Absolutely Beautiful I'd Even Lost A Phone I Didn't Know I'd Lost As It Was 1 of My Kids & They Rang Me To Let Me Know It's Safe. I Can Not Fault This Hotel With A Lovely Front Area With Food & Drinks & Kids Can Run Around,With Lovely Surroundings So They're Safe From The Promenade & Road. This Will Definitely Be My 1st Choice For A Hotel In Future & I Think It Was Great Value For Money . Thank You For Making My Stay A Lovely Experience For Me & My Children. See You Soon X

Nothing I Didn't Absolutely Love About This Hotel 5 Stars In My Opinion For This Hotel.

Lovely staff, the lady on reception couldn’t do enough for me and my children, really made us feel welcomed. The man who works on reception during the night was also lovely, he went above and beyond for us during our stay! Don’t let the reviews put you off, experience this hotel for yourself. I had very low expectations because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Even after we’d checked out the lady on reception allowed us back in to use the hotel facilities. I’d definitely return, my children and I had a really good experience.

Amazing location- right on the seafront 54 pound for the night, would of paid more it was a lovely clean room, 2 double beds and single bed, my little girl had her own room with tv on the wall so she was made up with that. Staff so friend especially the man on reception when we arrived. Paid 50 pound damage deposit was abit hesitant at first but received that back the morning after at check out. Quiet friendly atmosphere! If I was too stay in Blackpool again I would definitely choose this hotel without a doubt! Lovely and warm atmosphere when arriving to the hotel after a bad few days and booking a back street hotel was terrible so going to this hotel was like paradise!

The property seems to be under new management and in the middle / recently decorated and refurbished (Hense the £50 cash deposit). Room clean and comfy with kettle and towels. Friendly welcome and no problems getting deposit back at check out.

Our room was near a cooking establishment outside so we could hear the fan and when the window was open could smell the food. We needed the window open as it was warm- a fan might have helped if included in the room. The shower was also warm not hot and no lock on the bathroom door.

Ideal location and on site parking. Lady at reception was super nice can't remember her name sorry. And the room was great value for money.

Our room was near the door to access 1st floor so.would benefit from that door being able to be a bit more quieter when closing.. the people coming and going wasn't a problem it was more the door banging behind them,not anyone's fault ,this is just a thing that can maybe ..be looked into

What a beautiful hotel, been renovated and some parts in renovation. Staff bent over backwards to support our stay :-) So comfortable and luxurious. Highly recommend this place. It has a bar area with disco lights for the kids. We ordered a takeaway and they were happy for us to eat in the hotel. Will definately be back again! Would recommend for.you to catch the tram which is right outside the hotel if you don't want to walk that far,perfect location with a Seaview. Love.love love this place! And a great deal for the money :-)

Absolutely nothing. It was above what we expected :-) we were stood in the car.park a d we heard passer bys say wow this looks like a lovely place! :-)

Was very dubious after ready comments on here. Very happy to say this was not my experience at all. The room (triple sea view £48), was immaculate. Obviously freshly renovated and done well. Fresh towels waiting for us on the beds which were very comfortable. Bathroom was absolutely spotless and again freshly renovated to a very nice standard. Heating was on which at every hotel I've stayed in when in Blackpool is a rarity, especially at this price. The receptionist on check in/out was lovely, very chatty and friendly and although we had no problems I'm sure would have been very helpful if we had. Also someone on reception at all times. All in all a very pleasant stay and definitely worth more than we paid. Would definitely recommend and will likely be staying here again in the future.

A wonderful stay, we had a friendly welcome on entrance to the hotel, my 3 girls really liked the lady owner, she was very welcoming and friendly. The service was great and the room allocated to us was brilliant. The hotel itself is situated just opposite the beach so it was soo convenient to get everywhere. Thankyou for making our stay lovely and memorable :)

We had a qlitch with the shower but that was sorted pretty quickly and we were able to use it again.
