Thornhill Blackpool

We have been coming to Blackpool for almost 40 years and Thornhill is the best place we have ever stayed at. Adam and Dave are such lovely people and we were made to feel so welcome and at home. This made our stay so relaxing and the food was perfect, they even made a special breakfast for my son who has now discovered hash browns! We really cannot recommend Thornhill highly enough, we have made two lovely new friends and we cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us.

Nothing

From the moment my daughter and I arrived to the time we left, we were looked after so well by Dave and Adam. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were welcomed so warmly. The breakfast was fantastic, cooked perfectly and delivered promptly. The room was clean and with nice decor. Thank you from Jo and Lou x

There isn't anything I didn't like. Would have been easier for me to be on the ground floor because of my leg but as we booked so late and got the last room I can't complain.

The hosts Adam and dave were brilliant nothing to much trouble help us with the bags on arrival to the room which was lovely the hotel is a little gem of a place couldn't fault a thing breakfast was amazing the hotel and rooms lovely decorated to a high standard would not go anywhere else now we have found the perfect place to stay on blackpool. Was a fantastic stay and a fantastic hotel. Adam and Dave was fantastic hosts and could not wish for anything better absolutely superb. Kind. Friendly. A fantastic laugh. And would do anything to help you. Having stayed in numerous B&B's in Blackpool over a number of years we have finally found the one in which we are most certainly going to return back next month absolutely outstanding. Adam & Dave were exceptional hosts and were both very knowledgeable and friendly, we would certainly have no problem staying with them again. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were super with a great choice from cereals & yogurts.& toast as well as the traditional ful English. Cheers lads for making our stay amazing. 😄😄

We found the room a wee bit small & if we stay there again we would book a bigger room.

Situated about 200 meters from the main front , then half way between the tower and the south pier where the fare is meaning very easy access to everything

we didn't know or ask, so our own fault, the tram bus tickets no longer last for a full 24 hours, this was stopped by the council on the 1st of April, so you had to pay for single or day ticket that lasts until midnight only or until the last tram that day

Third time this year of staying with adam and david each time has been perfect. Rooms are spotless and in great condition nothing is too much trouble and greeted with the same enthusiasm as when we first met. Handy location for the town as well as being situated away from the noise of Blackpool. Already booked again for November

From start to finish Adam and Dave couldn't have been anymore helpful from showing us where to park to directing us to an awesome chippy. Location was spot on, 2 min walk to the seafront and equidistant from the tower and the pleasure Beach. Room was comfortable and cosy with a kettle and well stocked with tea and coffee making essentials. Breakfast was tasty and perfect to set us up for exploring Blackpool. Will definitely be back

Having to leave

The whole of the stay was exceptional from start to finish nothing could be faulted. Its a short walk to the town but nothing that cant be achieved in less than 30 minutes

Nothing as listed above nothing was any trouble the hosts made myself and my daughter feel welcomed to the property. Even offering a lift to us last night as we were there for a function.

previous guests we were treated really well before and booked for a long weekend trip. once again treated like friends amazing place and nothing was too much trouble. room and location was perfect away from the town but nothing of a short 10 minute walk. spotless rooms and good full breakfast won’t be the last time of visiting.

nothing
