Nice quiet little place.. room was on the small side.. but for a place to put ya head down for a night and get washed after a day at the beach it was ok.. we didnt spend much time there so it wasnt a big issue. It was clean and well presented. Parking was a bit tight.. but again not a big issue.. so long as you know the size of your car. Good location.. close to town and beach.. jus beware of the hills.. it is bournemouth after all. Lol.

Good sized bathroom but shower was on the small side.. for a big girl like me it was a bit tight. Also really could have used a bath mat.. we had to use the hand towel instead. Only 2 bath towels and a hand towel available. Bit pricey.. maybe due to being half term.. but for size of room and no food options i felt it was a bit steep.

A After my initial booking of a very pleasant first floor single room I moved to my main booking of a double room. I was told that this was in the basement which worried me slightly but I needn't have worried as despite being in the basement there was a large window and the room was airy. It was also a good size, well fitted out and very comfortable. The ensuite shower room is compact but works well. WiFi is superb, probably the best I have experienced in any hotel. Staff, from reception to housekeeping to the night manager are all very helpful and friendly. The location is great, with a large convenience store, pub and several restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. And I walk slowly with a stick! This place really is great and I will be back.

I booked a last minute single room prior to a longer stay in a double room. I was very pleasantly surprised by the single room. It was bright and airy with an actual sea view. The single bed was comfortable and the room had a great desk, chair and storage. The ensuite shower-room and toilet was compact but great with an excellent shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly

My room was on the first floor and there's no lift. The stairs are steep and I am partially disabled. However on departure the staff happily helped me with my bags, so no complaints, but it's something to be aware of as otherwise this place is perfect.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Location perfect. Bedding and towels clean. Plenty of hot water for shower/ bath. Blackout curtains. Good amount of space for clothes.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a microwave in our double/twin room, as advertised on your website. And the room wasn't ready on arrival, but staff apologised for the delay. There was only one chair at the table.

Didn't have breakfast. There is a microwave and kettle, tea and coffee (I always travel with extra milk). The room was very clean and nicely furnished with matching light wood units. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Only downside for me was very strong air freshener on entering.. but this soon dissipated. Could have done with a mirror over area where the electrical socket is located

The location was perfect for our weekend in Bournemouth, walking distance from everything! For the price as well, it was great value for money and the staff were really helpful and friendly when checking in.

The parking was slightly tight and there was the possibility of getting blocked in but as one of the few accommodations offering parking and with the help of the staff putting actions in place to accommodate, we definitely couldn't complain!

We love the location.within 5 mins walk can go to beach.so many good restaurants around the property.once we enter the room we found out out blinds bit hard to close so we called them one lady came she fix it with beautiful smile.then later on we found little fury bedsheet I don’t know how but when we told the reception they changed bed sheet and duvet cover .bed was comfortable .and electric kettle turned on automatically middle of the I got so scared thought some ghost 😂 but my husband told me some faulty switch.rest of the days everything went so smoothly. I left the key inside the room around 10 pm so I called out of hour number.the guy name tony.he came within 3/4 mins.very helpful.really enjoy our stay.any problem if u let them know they happily sort it out for u.

I wish they have mattress topper to smoother the bed.though we had good night sleep.

Very handy to walk down to the pier. A very slight view of the sea out of one of the windows. The bed was very comfortable, which is always a bonus. Having parking outside was also a major plus factor

The check in is not at the actual lodge but diagonally across the road, where the sign said opposite. Minor I know but frustrating. I was SHOCKED that they took £50 security from my credit card in case of damage!!!!

Location sea view on west cliff five minutes walk down along cliff too the pier. As it was unseasonably cold ability to put the radiator on very warm. En suite. Very, very, clean. Digital key entrance and card digital key for the door. Very friendly on reception in the main hotel and efficient. All for the cheapest price on booking.com that night in Bournemouth apart from a hostel! By the way the mattress was of the highest quality made of memory foam very comfortable. Bus stop outside. Try this hotel yoh won't be dissapointed.

Nothing l didn't like excellent hotel can't say any more. No lift if disabled ask for ground floor is, all yoh have to do

We like location, size of room, it's very good that it was a fridge and microwave

Nobody did any cleaning during our 3 days, even didn't change towels. Toilet seat is horrible,not stable. I don't think that is very expensive to buy nice kettle and mugs. They look old and ugly.
