Close to the beach and local shops

Unfortunately the WiFi connection didn't work well

when we arrived the receptionist was unbelievably friendly and helpful with parking, she offered us a fan & was made me feel so welcomed. The room was spacious and clean we even had a fridge for drinks. brilliant location as we walked down to the beach in the day. would recommend and definitely stay again. A bargain price with no complaints from us.

nice and clean I pass good moment’s on this hotel and the people from reception they are amazing I feel comfortable for this 5 days witch I spent on this hotel

I loved how welcome we were made to feel from the moment we arrived the hosts are very friendly and obliging. They could see I struggled to walk so instantly put us up in a disabled room but due to no fault of their own the lights did not work so they upgraded us to a flat which was really nice.

It's not the managers fault they only doing what they have been told to do, but there was a room for nightly entertainment but there wasn't any at all during our week stay

Greeted by a very friendly bloke that got us sorted, even gave us the option of a better room because it was available. Room was clean, fresh towels, soap, shampoo to use. Fridge in the room, and a fan, great for the warmer weather and night

Surrounding area (streets etc) werent very clean or appealing, but not the fault of the hotel. No food at all is served, not an issue for the 1 night we had, but a longer stay it might of been a problem/issue.

On our arrival at the Manchester hotel we were given a warm welcome by the gentleman in reception and were given a room on the ground floor, (Room 12). After reading some of the reviews we were pleasantly surprised by not only the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, but also the comfort of the bed, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay and appreciated the relatively cheap price and would not hesitate to stay there again, thank you hotel Manchester.

The staff were excellent, we arrived early and they let us check in at 11.00 . They were all so so friendly , they couldn’t do enough to help us . They also let us have an extra hour the next day as they knew we had a long drive home. Will defiantly stay here again , such a lovely welcoming hotel. Thank you guys x

great location and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. we had glasses delivered, late check out and I even borrowed a needle and thread, staff just couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating.

the toilet was a little dirty but everything else was fab.!

As soon as we arrived, the staff were there to help straight away with a very warm welcome. Very friendly and efficient. Even though the hotel is undergoing a major refurb, the staff couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were exactly as expected, also including a fridge in every room, and very clean. We also asked for the room to be decorated for our Bride to be, originally they said they weren't able to fulfil this request, but when we arrived, we were very pleasantly suprised that the room had been decorated! Thankyou so much, all of you. We will definitely be returning in the future. You all do a fantastic job and made us feel very welcome.

Nothing! Due to the major refurb, there is no bar/food being served at present but there's a lovely pub at the end of the road that served delicious food and a well stocked shop opposite the pub. We had no problems at all with anything in the hotel and are really looking forward to coming back to stay.
