Jessica was by far the most loveliest person you could meet, all ways curtious, polite a very good sense of humour and the best smile you could imagine. Laguna hotel management you most likely do not no you have a star in your team you must give this lady a pay rise before somebody else head hunts her she thoroughly deserves it. From first thing in the morning serving breakfast to last thing at night running the bar on her own nothing is to much trouble for her. She was the ONE person that made my trip so enjoyable.

Would of liked a bit more for cooked breakfast, two of everything instead of one.

The property was in a great location just ten minutes walk to the town centre through half the park along a beautiful stream and wildlife After reading other reviews I was prepared for some bad sights but honestly couldn’t complain at all it was clean and tidy … maids came every day and restocked towels and teas etc and the bathroom was clean it was just the bed linens were old and outdated but that makes no difference to us.

It was a very big place and even though parking was first come first served basis we always found somewhere as there was a select few spaced just off the property too There was a play shed with table tennis and pool table which was free to use And the pool was open longer than stated online which was great at night for a last minute swim with the kids The bar was lovely but is very short of entertainment and even though the whole place was clean and tidy I would say the pool area is it desperate need of a revamp and deep clean however this didn’t stop us from using it

The pool was good fun for the kids. Room size for a family room was quite large. Good value for the price you pay. Location was good, a long walk from the beach but it was fine as we would stop by the local Tesco express and shops at the triangle to pick up necessities or grab breakfast, so it was worth the stroll. We were able to get late check out till 1pm and it was very reasonably priced. Staff were nice and we were provided with extra towels when needed.

Bathroom was very small and shower water pressure was bad. The breakfast finished at 9.30am which I was disappointed with as I'd have hoped it would run till 10am.

Staff were lovely from the offset and very helpful. So handy to have parking too. We parked up and left the car all week. Rooms clean and serviced by friendly cleaners. Games room kept the kids busy when it was free and bar was handy too. Great to have a indoor pool too but we didn’t use it. For what we paid an excellent stay.

The beds were not comfortable - sorry but only my 9 year old slept well. The mattresses were too soft and the pillows were a bit odd too. The location was handy for the centre but a few undesirable characters in the streets nearby when walking around but this is not the fault of the hotel of course.

The room was lovely I had a family room and myself and the children felt very comfortable on our stay. The staff were friendly, we felt very relaxed there especially when on the patio relaxing on the loungers in the sun. The kids loved the pool and also the games room which had a free to use pool table and table tennis, liked having the drinks vending machine which the cans of drinks were lovely and cold.Bus stop near by for town or the beach. We had such a lovely time here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thankyou for our lovely stay.

Nothing we loved our stay

Very basic accommodation, but in line with expectations - cheap and cheerful. The room was clean and tidy, although the bathroom was not brilliantly clean, with limescale marks on and around taps, a grubby floor, and fittings for the shower not fully secure. We reported a light not working, it was fixed very quickly - thanks.

Car park was chaotic, and difficult to find space. The hotel was entirely full, so understandable, but unexpectedly stressful being told 'its first come first served' when we thought we would have a space.

the location is 12 minute walk to the triangle area and 20 minute walk to the seafront. it is close to the Bournemouth park. car parking on site is great. The hotel supplies unlimited tea/coffee, milk for your room. the games room with table tennis and pool was great for those rainy afternoons. I last stayed at this hotel in 1998! and it’s still as good as I remembered.

Laguna coaches were also on site and sometimes leave early for their work routes so sometimes woken up about 7am by a coach leaving the car park. but all the positives outweigh that.

A lot of noise late at night with people coming in and outside door banging, also people slamming doors when friends were going into each others rooms. also when other people next door were running showers we could here the noise from the pipes in our bathroom. The room could of been cleaner, dirt on top of the ledges in shower and tiles, also dirt and dust on pipe at back of toilet. I would like to say the guy on reception was very helpful.

Convenient location close to town and at a walkable distance from the beach. Helpful staff, great food, common areas and the restaurant had a nice ambience Lots of amenities like a pool table and swimming pool, but couldn't use them due to the tight schedule.

Rooms and corridors were a bit crowded. The whole hotel was teeming with people, as if some festival was taking place The swimming pool didn't open at 08:30 am as displayed, this needed a last minute change of our plans.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the beds super comfortable. The pool was open for a good amount of time and the Hotel was a good distance to walk to town and the beach front. The staff that i spoke to were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

The hotel was a little dated in its décor but other than this it was good. The decoration did not detract from the fact that it was a clean, comfortable hotel within a good distance from the town.
